The hotel is nice with comfortable beds in a large enough room... Shower /bathroom area is good...WIFI worked OK Its location is good with a 5 minute walk to the sea front via the gate off the swimming pool area.... The SPA was very nice and has good value for money massages given by a great masseuse (Ludmilla ??)... The swimming pool is large enough with good quality pool sunbeds.

I myself needed more free channels in the room to watch a certain football match which I had to watch in the breakfast/bar room. Bulgarian Cable TV has different packages with more English speaking channels and more of the Premier League & other international football matches....

A fabulous hotel in a superb location with comfortable well equipped rooms, and large lovely bathrooms with a shower cubicle. The swimming pool is large and has nice loungers with big sun umbrellas to shade you. The waterfront is a short walk away down a steep hill, and there is an Aldo Supermarket down there as well as endless restaurants and small shops. The botanical gardens are within walking distance and so are sandy clean beaches. The hotel has a small restaurant, but we did not use it as we preferred others in the town and along the waterfront with more extensive menus. There is parking at the hotel and across the road from it where there is a large open site on the steep hillside. The staff were very helpful and could speak English. The sheets and pillow cases appeared to be excellent quality Egyptian cotton ones, and they were beautifully soft and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the crowds.

Our balcony needed a good clean, especially in the corners where spider webs and rubbish had accumulated.

Everything is it as has to be! Accomodation, meniu/ dishes, restaurant ( different this year, better). Lovely! Clean place, pool is few steps far from the sea. During 3 years i spent 6 holidays here and i realy enjoyed.Eveithing you need for suumer is Samara. They never disappointed me. You don't need to travel thousands km to find heaven. Is here, in Samara and its proximity. That's all i need! Thank you Samara for hospitality! ⛱️🥰🌅

Very friendly staff, they were very kind to help me with my car's issue, although it is not their field of knowledge and responsibility. Everything is very close by, shops and restaurants are worth visiting. Also, there are numerous historical palaces around. Great place to relax.

The hotel facilities were above the 3-Star rating. The staff was lovely and helpful, the restaurant is nice and the mood is chill, just right for your holiday. The swimming pool is large & extremely clean. The have both overground & underground parking. Really close to the beach. Me and my fiancee had a fantastic week in Balchik at Samara. Will definitely book next year again and try to spend even more than a week. Kudos!

Great location, one street behind the restaurants and vibe; modern hotel, comfortable beds ans sparkling clean. We loved the bathroom, AC and our chill terrace towards the hill!

The garden and pool is mainly used by families. There wasn’t coffee in the room.

The location is nice and it has everything you need. It is close enough to the center, and it has a beach at only 3 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast it is decent. And you can enjoy it inside or outside.

Since I had most of the things I wanted, I can't remmenber what I didn't like.

Strangely no soft drinks, not even water were offered at breakfast.

The location is great. The staff from de dining great, the receptionists speak ok English. The rooms are a decent size & mostly clean. The ones from de back have a sea side view, quite lovely. The pool is decent, and the one for children is ok for 3 max. The extra bed for the child is hard. The breakfast again, decent. Free parking, major plus.

The breakfast could have more variety. Considering the rate of the accomodation, I was expecting a little more.
