Great customer service and communication. The ambiance of the courtyard and the rooms are like mini-efficiencies. The doorbells for the handicap accessible rooms was appreciated for our family members who are hard of hearing. I travel with my own but for those that don’t, the towels and wash clothes were white. Bed linens clean. The security features of the property and the cleanliness of the grounds are all plusses. Waffle House is across the street and a multitude of shopping, restaurants within a few minutes drive.

The property should really update all of the furniture and furnishings such as sofas, tables, chairs, kitchen items, etc. within all of the rooms. This is the only show stopper that prevents the property from excelling to its full potential.

Didn't do Breakfast. i liked the very spacious suite and the variety of accessories provided, including unexpected small details i.e. conditioning shampoo and lots of towels. Felt like home away from home.

As a shorter person, the microwave oven was barely reachable. i had to tiptoe to place my cup in the oven to heat water, definitely a potential safety issue. i also didn't like the NOT available written Instructions for the TV. Some things are NOT obvious, and there ought to be some BASIC instructions for use of the remote control. If you're a senior citizen and NOT tech savvy, one gets used to HOW things work at home. When traveling on the road, possibly stressed, Please provide written instructions, especially a remote with way too many button options.

It was quiet and perfectly located close to all our needs. The bed was comfortable enough for a week long stay. The kitchen was just what we wanted for light meals.

Sadly the smoking smell from the courtyard was still very noticeable inside the room. But starting April 2 the entire facility will be smoke free so hopefully that will take care of the problem.

The location was farther away from our job, but was easy access. The space was very nice and airy. We felt safe. It was very quiet. The manager was very pleasant and helpful.

The shower had absolutely no pressure. The microwave was so high I had to stand on a chair to access it. Also looked like it hadn't been cleaned along with something that looked like blood running down the bathroom door frame. Everything else appeared to be clean.The materials supplied for bath and kitchen were quite fine. There were only blinds on the bedroom windows with very bright lights outside the windows. It was like the lights were on when you tried to sleep.

The staff was great and helped with the door key issue without complaint. The room was clean and organized with plenty of outlets for charging/using devices.

Minor grumbles. The air vent in the bedroom was stuck closed. The toilet flush was inconsistent. The sofa was old and sunk very low with little support. The television in the living room was small.

Room was comfortable and quiet and was a welcome relief after we stayed in a very bad motel elsewhere the night before we arrived. We appreciated in particular the fully equipped kitchen and the quiet, comfortable bedroom.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact there were guests sitting at tables in the courtyard smoking and drinking at all hours. Fortunately our bedroom didn't face the courtyard.

The place is quiet and perfect for my work commute. My unit was cozy and I will definitely stay again. I stayed 2 weeks in the same unit.

Anytime I cook, the unit gets smoke alarm alerts. The stove & vent needs to be updated. Otherwise, it’s a really nice place to stay short term.

Went to Augusta to see Masters, place is very nice, clean, quiet and with good proximity to city. Ron the manager was so nice from start to finish, I came after their business hours, but Ron was always responsive on the phone, explained to me where I will find keys clearly and after my trip also gave me a ride to airport which he didn’t have to, but did because the taxi demand during Masters was crazy. Very very happy overall and will stay in this hotel again if I am in Augusta.

No breakfast, but technically it is not a hotel, its a suite complex, and inside the suite you have all the amenities to cook for yourself, plus there is 24hrs nonstop diner literally across the street, in case you dont feel like cooking or come late as I did.

The feeling of security once inside the building. Inside but yet and still outside.

The courtyard, and the mezzanine with the ceiling fans to keep the air moving around you.

Yes, we are so glad we checked for other accommodations & found yours. Ronald is an angel. He made sure we were well taken care of. Your hotel is definitely on the list for future stays. It was very clean & spacious. We love the seating area in the middle of the hotel as well. Keep up the great work.

The only thing we didn't like was the very thin blanket. It felt like there were only 2 sheets on the bed. That AC system gets the place very cold & we had to go buy a blanket.
