Location was easy to get too. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the cooked breakfast tasted great. Bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was powerful. Enjoyed the restaurant food from the Italian so we went back later in the week.

The window didn’t quite shut properly as the latch was broken. Didn’t see this as an issue as we like a little bit of fresh air and the weather was hot. It was only a problem in the morning when people were chatting outside very early in the morning. Found it a little expensive for food and drink when eating in the restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was better than what we expected. The swimming pool and steam room were good. We couldn't have a spa bath because they said it was closed for some reason. We couldn't access spa treatments because they were fully booked; we should have booked ahead.

Signage could be better. We struggled to locate the breakfast room because there was no proper signage pointing us in that direction, we had to ask some guests because we found no staff in sight at the reception of the building which reads "welcome". Also, there were lots of 'fish' signages to excite fish lovers, but we couldn't get any actual fish within the resort. We had to go outside to look for fish because the fish bar had only drinks to serve, and told us that there wouldn't be fish that day.

The location and the shop in the hotel complex. The shop had everything ranging from beautiful chocolates , prepared meals , gifts , clothes , and beautiful Christmas decorations. The Italian restaurant pizzeria in the hotel Morich was very good. Nothing opened for dining on Monday nights so you have to go into town , not far to walk and plenty of eateries offered .

Numerous maintenance issues in the Hotel Morlich. The lifts were not working so the baggage had to be taken upstairs by ourselves or staff. Was not good enough.Efpos issues also. The reception staff lacked customer service, it was very disappointing.

Lovely hotel and a super restaurant on the complex where we had a lovely lunch.

I know the hotel is mainly used for conference guests but there were a few guests that were not attending the conference. The conference guests had no consideration for other guests. It was as if they had the hotel exclusively to themselves. At 6.50am they must have all been meeting for breakfast as they made such a noise in the hallway talking and banging doors. And then hanging about outside as it was a lovely day. I do know that the hotel has no control of this but I think guests at conferences should be advised to consider other guests.

I love the Scottish decoration of the rooms. Good shower power and heat, lovely room with a table and two chairs, TV. Free access to the pool facilities. The location is fantastic and we even enjoyed a bit of the cinema with Wicked playing. The lounge had a lovely vibe and the menu looked amazing. We had a few drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere very much.

The bed was very soft and the pillows gave zero support. We didn't sleep very well because of that unfortunately. It would have been good to have some hooks in the room where to hang jackets and towels. There's only one hook behind the bathroom's toilet and it wasn't enough. The hangers inside the wardrobe were frustrating to use as they are not horizontally organised and very difficult to use.

The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Plenty of parking space. Shops and leisure just few minutes walk. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and pleasant

The hotel by itself was nice and good, but the jacuzzi at the leisure centre was out of order what was a negative experience. We used the Aspects restaurant for dinner what was a mistake: the staff were polite but the menu is not the same as the one online, from the menu they had there had many things out of stock, we needed to wait for our drinks for 30 minutes, it was very chaotic the service and the experience. When we go next time we will choose the Morlich hotel but some other restaurant.

The room was lovely, comfortable, well set out. Enjoyed Aspect restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff very friendly.

Its not that we didnt like the property. We would have liked it if the bar was open more at Morlich Hotel. Theres is a lovely lounge area which we got to use on the first night and that was it, the bar wasnt open again. The tv didnt work well in the room but I think that was more the reception in the area, didnt ruin the stay.

We were moved to MacDonalds Highlands hotel as the Morlich was closed. Hotel was nice and room spacious, although lift was broken and we never saw anyone working to get it repaired

Some of the information provided by the staff was not always clear. Reception told us that the pool was open all day but when we went, it was only open for selected hours. Also, restaurant staff on our 1st day were not very informative. 2nd day, they were very helpful but we had found most things by then

Excellent location next to the nature reserve for walks. Friendly helpful staff. Great pool and facilities. The bathroom was sparkly clean and the bed so comfy. We also had a really nice view.

There was 3 different meat options for breakfast but no veggie option, would have loved a veggie sausage or haggis. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the tray drained slowly.

Great location. warm ,clean and spacious king room. Staff great.

Breakfast was terrible, and I'm not a fussy person.. very little cooked food, and what was there was dry and hard.. potatoe scone could of been used as a door stop. Mushrooms dry. Bacon hard and sausages dry and hard.. one type of crossiont, no choice. Worst I've had...
