Host was very helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect- close to station, shops, and the prettier walks.

Great locatin and cabin. Small kitchen, but we knew that from the description. Would stay again.

The property is in a fantastic location a stone's throw away from Aviemore main street and with easy access to beautiful walks in the Cairngorms and Rothiemurchus forrest. We came by train but found it easy to get around or catch a bus for walks starting a little further in Glenmore. We had one day of bad weather but still had a nice day - the little cabin is very cosy, so if you're stuck in because of the rain you can still enjoy relaxing inside with a hot cup of tea and some board games!

I only wish I'd booked a couple more nights as it felt like we had to leave too soon!

Everything was wonderful, the Host was So kind and answered to our call tho that We were there earlier with almoast 2hrs prior the check in time and the cabin was ready already. We all had the most wonderful holiday because of the place, cabin and relaxing athmosphere.

Bedrooms comfortable if a little cramped.

The cabin was of a very good space for a family of 3, location is quite central in Aviemore, short drive or even walk to local amenities. The smart TV with Chromecast built in was a great touch.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Lurchers Cabin over Christmas. It was so cosy that we didn't want to leave! Would definitely stay over and over again! All it's missing is a hot tub! And some snow but that's not the owners fault! 😋

For me personally I couldn't fault it. My partner however wasn't particularly impressed by their list of things to do before leaving such as hoovering and recycling all the rubbish. I really didn't think it was that big an ask but could see where he was coming from.

Great wooden cabin, very clean, key stored securely at the property, parking space, quiet location and very comfortable bed. Cabin has all the facilities you need. It's a 5min walk along a quiet path to town and very close to old Bridge pub
