From simple questions at the time of booking, to our arrival at the property, Gaele was extremely helpful and friendly. The property is in an excellent location in Beaune very near the centre of town surrounded by great restaurants and local shops. The property was bright, spacious, well decorated and furnished and immaculately presented. We had a lovely visit and would certainly stay there again when in the area.

Nothing really. Everything was well thought out and presented. There was nothing which could have improved our visit or experience.

The owner was very friendly when we arrived and showed us around. The property is advertised with washing machine and shared kitchen. The washing machine was not evident. When we asked the owner she seemed surprised that we were expecting to use this facility and made us feel very uncomfortable. Similarly, when she saw that we were preparing an evening meal in the shared kitchen, we were made to feel like we should not be doing this. No other guests were needing to use the kitchen at the time. We felt that the property was over priced for what was on offer and would not stay again

It‘s located a 5 min. walk from the center of Beaune. Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good aircon, big closet. There is a nice and fully equipped kitchen in the house for the 3 rooms, a nice living room and a beautiful terrace to sit and relax or have meals. Big and save parking lot. Good wifi. The owner, Gaëlle was so nice and helpful and always available if needed. We would stay there again.

No hooks for the towels in the bathroom.

Arriving in 37c temperatures meant that the air-conditioning was a godsend! Super efficient and quiet and we needed it for most of our stay. Our host was so kind and informative and we enjoyed her company and discussions. Very comfortable rooms, beds and bathroooms. Kitchen was a real bonus and we enjoyed the terrace too when temps allowed. Excellent location for a nice walk into town.

Access to the parking is down a very narrow street but my big SUV made it :-D

La Dormance was perfect for our two night stay in Beaune. It was easy to find, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and a pleasant walk into the centre of Beaune. Each room is well appointed, with its own en suite, and there is a shared kitchen, living room and lovely sunny terrace. Gaële was very helpful in giving suggestions for local bars and restaurants.

Two flights of stairs will be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Very warm welcome from a lovely host. A beautiful house in a fantastic location and spotlessly clean. There’s a kitchen and seating area as well as the outdoor terrace. Beaune is a beautiful town, don’t miss the bustling market day, excellent restaurants and the nightly light show displays. Gaële also made us a fabulous breakfast on the terrace.

Spotless, modern, comfortable. Bedrooms are exceptional as are the bathrooms. Great outside space. Home from home with a friendly host.

The only minor draw back was the noise from the nearby trains during the night. However, much less at weekends and after one night you can’t hear them.

Close to Beaune so easy to walk to town. Just outside of the town so it was quiet and not much traffic. Bed was comfy, has washer/dryer with soaps and air conditioning in all the rooms. We were 2 people and we got to spread out in this apartment.

Lots of space, comfortable bed, large bathroom with spacious shower. Very nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal at home. Washer and dryer. Terrace for eating outdoors or enjoying a glass of wine. Great neighborhood with very good restaurants and boulangeries, grocery store and pharmacies. Gaële is a welcoming and gracious host.

A great B&B near the center of Beaune, within walking distance of restaurants, wine bars, shops, and tourist sites. We arrived by car, parking is in a secure lot on premises. Audrey was a perfect host, checking if we needed anything, and providing local recommendations. A wonderful breakfast (breads, croissants, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juice, and GF items) was served in a sunroom in the back of the house. The bedroom was spacious, bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were very good quality. We would stay here again.
