We had an absolutely amazing stay – 10 out of 10! Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and welcomed us warmly despite the late hour. That gesture meant a lot and set the tone for a wonderful holiday. We stayed in a beautiful family suite with a breathtaking sea view and a huge balcony – even though it was just the two of us, it felt like a luxury. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and very family-like, with a welcoming and personal touch. Costa at the reception was fantastic, and the entire team – housekeeping, restaurant, bar – was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional. One of the things we appreciated most was that the hotel was never crowded. There was always space at the pool, and even on the beach we could always relax in the first row, right by the water. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which is a great option for anyone who prefers to cook. There’s also a small shop right next to the hotel, which was super convenient. The hotel’s private beach area was a huge plus for us – clean, quiet, and just steps away. We would absolutely love to return here, and we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with excellent service and stunning views!

Our room was very good, beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean by the two young ladies who also looked after the buffet breakfast, which was also excellent. Staff in the restaurant were also excellent and very friendly. The whole hotel had a lovely feel to it and would recomment it to anyone looking for a beach holiday. The room had fabulous sea views with two balconies. Sunbeds and towels were free and provided by the hotel. Swimming pool at the rear of the hotel was also a lovely peaceful spot to spend some time and was kept immaculately clean.

Only thing not keen on in the bathroom was the shower curtain. Personal preference, just not keen on them as they tend to stick to you when showering.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Sellada Beach Hotel! The whole place was spotless and had such a calm, welcoming vibe. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The pool was absolutely perfect – clean, great size, and ideal for relaxing. Breakfast had everything we needed each morning, fresh and tasty. The beach bar right out front was a fantastic spot to unwind with a drink, and the view couldn’t be better. We felt really well looked after the entire time. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly getaway right by the sea!

I would only suggest umbrellas by the pool as it can get a bit hot with no available shade!

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the welcoming owner and attentive personnel to the stunning pool where we could relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's prime location right next to the beach, in the heart of Perissa, made it incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Our room, situated right next to the pool, was peaceful and quiet, making it the ideal spot for recharging our batteries. Additionally, there is a market right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab essentials. The bus stop is nearby, allowing for easy visits to other famous villages. Highly recommended!

We loved the location right at the beach. The breakfast each day was terrific. We particularly loved the fried bread soaked in honey and the coffee machine. The staff were lovely, all very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the hibiscus flowers left on top of our clean towels each day.

The WIFI was spotty at times, which was problematic because my husband's teaching depended on it. It would have been nice to have some lounging chairs on the balcony, in addition to the table and straight-back chairs. The furniture in the living room was very low to the ground, making it difficult to get in and out of.

Choice of either a private hotel pool (with comfortable mattresses - perfect for tanning!) or opposite the hotel there's the beach where there's parasols and beach beds (with mattresses). Kostas the hotel manager was delightful and made me feel very welcomed. Location was on the Perissa strip, something to do for anyone. Breakfast was included.

The room I stayed in the mattress was too soft for my liking. The hotel bar was significantly more expensive than other nearby places. For example, a freddo Espresso (if you don't know get to know) was 5€ vs other places where it was 3-3.5€

Costas gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was excellent with lots of space, great facilities and very clean. The pool area was very relaxing with a nice design of sun lounges. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made the service on point. A good selection for the breakfast and lunch menu, with hotel situated across the way to the beach made it perfect to relax and go into the water.

The pool area was fabulous but what would have made it even better would have been some umbrellas to create some shade from the sun.

We absolutely loved everything! The location is unbeatable, right on Perissa Beach with sunbeds for guests. Rooms are spotless, bright and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Delicious breakfast - and having it right by the sea made it even more magical. A lovely pool and a relaxed atmosphere made this the perfect Santorini getaway. Perfect!!!

The location was fantastic, right on the beach with a lovely pool at the rear of the hotel. The sun beds are Free on the beach as guests of the hotel. The location is perfect for all the restaurants along the seafront, the staff are so friendly and the hotel has a lovely friendly vibe! Will definitely return to stay at Sellada Beach.

My only negative was that the streaming channels Netflix and Prime Video were not immediately accessible but Carlos the Hotel Manager very quickly resolved the problem by unlocking Netflix so I could log into my own account.

Location amazing, staff amazing, food amazing. Relaxing very clean and a bit of heaven in perissa by the sea. Food was so nice, service was excellent, all very friendly. Carlos the manager upgraded our room on arrival and was always there with a freindly welcome each day. Bar, restaurant staff of Roza and Panos were so good at what they did and could never do enough. Fotis behind the bar knew how to pour the perfect drink, Mariana and Natalia cooked the most tasty food, Maria and Johanna kept the rooms immaculate and ensured breakfast was constantly stocked and finally Fredy the handyman never stopped.

Leaving, could have stayed for a few more days
