Once you figure out your way around the campus it is very nice. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is also nice, close to activities in both Gulfport and Biloxi and right on the beach.

This facility is in the old VA campus in Gulfport. It was flooded at the time of Katrina, and the VA consolidated its services in their facility in Biloxi. It was hard for us to find since we were looking for a hotel, and the VA campus doesn't look at all like a hotel. Also, because of its original purpose, the buildings are all spread out, and it is a challenge to figure out how to get in and out. There was a lot of walking to do to get to our room, c. 100 yards.

Everyone was kind! It was never too crowded, the water was just deep enough that my 5 year old could walk and swim through the lazy river with ease! Slides were fun for my 13 year old.

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of, was the main door to our hotel. Outside it had a sign that the doors would automatically lock after 11:00 pm. But I woke up at 1 and had to run to my car for meds. The door doesn’t shut all the way. On my way back inside I even tried to force the door closed by hand. It just kept opening back up.

Beautiful, great amenities!

The walls were SO THIN! And there was a screaming child next door to us! I was awake every 2 hours each night and up by 630 each morning! Worst part of our stay! Ice machine in our building didn’t work. The black haired lady at the sweet shack hated her job as well as a super young g bartender at the swim up pool and a red bearded bartender. They did not have the swim up bar staffed for the Saturday crowd, only 1 person. TABITHA, however, was AMAZING in helping us with our reservation and ensuring we were well taken care of.

I love the convenience of the hotel. Close to restaurants. The employees are always friendly and inviting. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. By far my favorite hotel, I stay here every year.

I love the pool, however the 2nd time in a row there was no one working the swim up bar. I have stayed here every year for the past 6 years and this is the second year in a row no one was working in that area.

The grounds and renovations were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very generous in size, accessibility to the water area, the convenience of snacks, restaurant on the property, staff was helpful and everyone was so kind. Perfect and amazing time with my grandchildren. We will be back for sure!

Only complaint is maybe a door stopper in the room for the bathroom door. It was so heavy and hard for the kids to open it without it closing back on them

This is our 2nd yr going. We loved it so much last year, that we had to return this yr, and there will be many years after that. The facility was so clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. When you are a guest, you never have to leave, every thing is there. The lazy river, I have to say, is my favorite part. The food in the Cafe is delicious. This will be one of our yrly trips

There was nothing that I disliked.... I give it 100%

I was passing through quickly for family business, and I appreciated the restaurant on site that wasn't too complicated to have a meal and go to sleep. My sleeping arrangements were quiet. The employees at the restaurant were really welcoming.

The room was extremely cold! The breakfast options were pretty meager, but I found a coffee/pastry option at the lobby bar.

I loved the atmosphere-- loved the light show at night. Love the slides...

Wish there would be a microwave at least in main lobby of each place for someone to heat up something. With small kids it would help. A few speakers were out in lazy river...it is so relaxing floating in river with music but a few places the speaker wasn't working.

Clean and comfortable beds. Nice staff and like how there is a restaurant kinda like well mainly a bar…

Its a big facility almost like a college campus set up though so kind of awkward and we were way in the back and the office was in the front so one would have to drive to get to the office if needed, and it seemed a little awkward and an alone type feeling. kind of eerie in a way

This place was so lovely! The grounds were beautiful and the rooms clean and very spacious. I wish we could have stayed longer and that the weather would have cooperated with us enough to use the water park. Beaches in the area aren’t the greatest, but if you’re traveling to Gulfport, the Centennial Plaza is the place to stay.
