Both hosts - Giannis and Anathesia - were excellent. A very warm welcome and information to get us started with our vacation (Giannis) - review of unit we were staying in and the area on the map for us to keep and links on WhatsApp for local interests. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and very helpful, always available to assist, whether it be with the unit, travel, and/or bookings. AC was great, the unit was clean, kitchen had enough stuff to make and eat your own meals after picking up some food from local supermarket, washing machine in washroom was great so we didn't have to pack a lot and did a wash halfway through our stay, had daily housekeeping which was done well, and central to Athens and the Acropolis area. Close walk to tram, metro subway train, and local busses. The "Coffee Joint" not too far from our unit quickly became our favorite breakfast/brunch place before going out for the day. Nothing I can think of, it was an excellent experience.

Only stayed a couple of nights in the ground floor double room, but it was much bigger than we thought from the photos, with a small kitchen (featuring everything you need!), table and chairs, and lots of storage. Heating and air con you can control was a great bonus, and complimentary bottle of water was a lovely touch. The team working there are so helpful, and sent us a fantastic list of recommendations on arrival, and were happy to answer any questions. It’s reasonably close to a busy road, but the noise was from the odd car horn and motorbike, and if you’re in the centre of a large city, that’s absolutely to be expected. Location is also great for the Acropolis in particular, but because it’s across the road, it’s quieter and away from tourists/close to shops used by locals, including a some beautiful looking bakeries!

Concierge - We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Wonderful apartment- Bright, beautifully updated apartment with huge shower, two balconies, and washing machine. Location-Less than 2 blocks away from grocery, tram line, and at least two wonderful restaurants. Housekeeping- cleaned meticulously every day and replenished towels, toiletries and laundry detergent.

It’s in the middle of a residential area with apartments so the views were not great. Also, the water was able to go under the shower door making big puddles. Luckily there were plenty of towels.

- location: close to supermarkets and restaurants, walking distance (5-10m) to acropolis museum, and other neighborhoods (like plaka). - staff: that went above and beyond to answer our questions and give recommendations - accommodation itself: functional, 3 terraces including a roof top one, clean and complete flat, mosquito nets on all sliding doors - elevator: tight but appreciated

- I guess it is in the whole Athens like this, but it can get very loud even late at night due to traffic, I suspect sound isolation also from the lobby could be improved.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Despite being near a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and close to many other must-see spots. It was also a convenient base for day trips outside of Athens, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. A special mention to the owner for the exceptional customer service. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens!

Everything about this apartment is perfect. The location, the facilities, the staff, the views. I stayed in the apartment on the top floor with the rooftop terrace and it was entirely worth it for the views of the Acropolis. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You are within walking distance of all the best parts of Athens, with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this for any length of stay in Athens.

Parking on the street is a challenge, but you will find something nearby. However Athens is best explored in foot, no car is needed if you're staying within the city.

The landlord is warm and thoughtful, and can provide us with all our information. The room hygiene is excellent. There are cleaners who clean it every day, and the bed is also very comfortable. Although it is facing the street, the soundproofing effect of the window is very good. There is a large bed and a sofa bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. It will not be cold in winter, because there is heating. This is great. ! The No. 6 tram is 100 meters away, which is very convenient to travel!

You can put some kitchen seasonings, such as oil and salt.

very qualified staff. Foresee the time of our visit in advance and made sure that we could check in at night without any problems. Sent us the locations of nearby restaurants and shops so that we wouldn't waste time searching. The room has everything for a comfortable family stay. Daily cleaning, polite staff. We were there at the beginning of the new year, everything was decorated and beautiful very convenient location. We really liked the city, we haven't seen everything yet and therefore we will definitely come back to you and stay with you

We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and we booked 2 apartments. The apartments were clean, they had one bedroom with king size bed and living room with kitchen and sofa bed. The location of the apartments is very convenient (tram stop at 50 meters, acropolis metro station at 450 m). From the apartment's location it was easy to reach some of the greatest attractions of Athens because they were within walking distance (approximate walking time: Acropolis is at 20 minutes, Plaka street at 20 minutes, Monastiraki 25 minutes, Syntagma square 25 minutes, Temple of Zeus 10 minutes etc.). The host was very helpful and offered his assistance for anything we needed at any time of the day. If coming to Athens again we would surely accommodate in 12 Keys Apartments :)

The only odd thing was that in one of the apartments the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom but it was outside the bathroom :) However, this did not bothered us a lot :)

Location was good, just on the edge of Makriyanni and well placed for easy access to Plaka (<10 mins walk) and also meant that it was easy to see other parts of Athens. Slightly noisy road but only on one side and inaudible with windows shut. Super friendly and helpful staff who made every effort when we needed to extent our stay and were very flexible - thanks very much Yannis and Anastasia. Nicely appointed apartments, comfy furniture, excellent air conditioning, very clean. Washing machine is a handy addition for longer stays. Senior apartment well worth the extra space and light and the big balcony but the Superior Apartment was great too. WiFi worked perfectly for work calls.

Nothing - although it would be good if it was possible to leave non-perishable food between guests (e.g. oil, salt and pepper etc)
