Spacious apartment. Everything I needed, incuding a wide enough counter to write at. Emma responded quickly to any query. It was very nice to have a human to deal with and not just a lockbox and messages. It was quiet, very clean, great shower and lots of busses nearby. Might be an idea to add bus timetables or a map to bus stops for ease of travelling - once I got the hang of the, they were a great way to get around.

Initially shower was jammed on cat-scalding heat but Emma arranged for me to shower in another room and it was fixed first thing the next day.

The location was handy to access other parts of the Potteries. The restaurant and bar, separately owned but literally downstairs, was very good. It was lovely to be able to easily pop into the Spode Museum and the municipal car parking was literally on site and very reasonably priced. Being on the top floor gave good views over an interesting industrial landscape. The WiFi worked very well.

There was some noise when it sounded like alot of glass bottles (presumably from the restaurant) were being tipped into the recycling bin that was close to our room at around 2am. It only happened on one night of a two night stay.

Great location. Close to Stoke town with shops, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Superb restaurant next door. The room was warm and well furnished. Carpets, fridge, hob all looked new. Spacious shower with toiletries supplied. Small kitchen area, desk, wardrobe, armchair and full length mirror....all you need for a short stay. Black out blinds were perfect. Some distant traffic noise , but quiet overnight. I'd happily stay here again. Great value for money. Cheaper than local hotels and nicer too.

Initially difficult to find reception from the car park, as the sign takes you to a locked door. But when I asked in the adjacent restaurant, they dealt with things. Signed and information ought to be clearer regarding booking in. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The bed had ridges in it and made noises when you turned over. I would suggest renewing mattresses or getting better quality ones. Otherwise....excellent.

Nice, spacious, comfortable and clean room, with a fairly good location for the Stoke town centre (not the city centre) and for the Spode museum. Suitable for my needs and I would be happy to return.

On arrival it wasn't obvious where to go, but I was pointed in the right direction by a lady sitting by the gatehouse. My only quibble with the room is that roller blinds and clear windows are good, but in the bathroom it would be better if the lower panes of the window were obscured or frosted. The adjacent Quarter @ Potbank doesn't open everyday or until late morning, it seems but information isn't obviously available. It's a pity as it would be a good spot for breakfast.

Property was great value, and did the job for a couple of nights stay on a work trip. Handy to have the cooking facilities.

Despite having given what time we’d arrive in advance as requested, no-one was there to check us in. No-one answered either of the provided phone numbers, no-one returned our call and voicemail. It’s not related to the attached bar/restaurant, it’s a separate business so they can’t help. We wasted a lot of time after a long journey until we could gain access. The second night of our stay our key card failed to work and once again, no-one answered the “night manager” mobile number at all, voicemail left, no-one called back. Hopeless.

Large room with kitchen and all facilities, tea and coffee and milk, microwave oven etc. Comfortable bed, very clean throughout, large walk in shower with on the wall soap/shampoo, toilet rolls supplied. Large TV. Great restaurant and bar linked to hotel.

Check in bit chaotic, arrived early but no one answered phone to let me in, after a while someone came down and was very helpful. On your first visit its not very clear where the entrance is and where you are supposed to park, your supposed to pay for parking? Machine was not working so I didn't and no one seemed fussed about it. My room (110) was way to hot, even with radiators off! I had to put the fan on (in November!?) and windows open. Security guard needs to close the main gates a bit more quietly, at 2.30am scraping the gates shut right outside my window, but at least the cars are safe LOL. Check out also very strange, no one about, doors auto lock at 10am but nowhere to leave the keys?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Potbank, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. The hotel itself was spotless, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority. Every corner of the establishment, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Overall, Potbank is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Be mindful that there is alot other stairs to climb if you are not on the first floor. This is the only thing l can see that would put people off. the Direct surroundings was great, but then again you are central so plenty places to go and close to.

From the welcome we received from Izzy, to the eclectic style.ofnthe lobby/bar/restaurant, we couldn't wait to see our room. We were not disappointed at all, having the opportunity to use a fridge, and prepare a few meals on our own made us feel like we were at home. The location was fantastic, the linen, bedding and towels were clean and fluffy, the only criticism if I can call.it that would be to have a few extra things in the kitchen, like tongs, egg flip, toaster and maybe complimentary salt and.pepper.. Would definitely recommend this accommodation *

The room was clean and tidy and well located with good access to the local area. The restaurant and bar was a great experience. The price was good value for a basic room.

It was noisy in the early morning from delivery trucks and cleaners. In the room there was no table or luggage stand or dressing table area. Only 1 chair in the room for 2 people. There was no one from the main hotel to check us in, we had to find someone from the restaurant to help us as the hotel staff where unavailable even though we arrived within the designated time. No one to check us out either. Reception area was unmanned the whole time we visited.

What an amazing place! It is definitely selling itself short and needs to update its listing. I loved the complex as a whole. The rooms were clean and modern, equipped with everything you need. The price was exceptional value for money. There was parking on site and a lift, which isn't listed in the facilities and the security was great too.

It was a little noisy, I had been driving a lot and had an elderly mother with me so was tired. The courtyard next to our room was used as the smoking area for the show/partyroom. So u til it closed, there was a lot of talking and shouting. It was all quiet for midnight though so you can't complain at that.
