The Westin Suite room was nice and large with a kitchenette. It was at the far end, so was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very good with all the usual choices. The attached golf course was top notch and only 20 pounds for hotel guests!

The air conditioning was out of order and the room lighting was also not working. That was not a huge deal as the supplied fan was enough to allow us comfortable sleep. The lovely staff was very accommodating and offered another, smaller suite, which we declined. They ended up giving us a discount for our trouble so all was good in the end.

Overnight stop travelling down to London from Scotland. Very happy, suited our needs perfectly. Lovely room overlooking the grass area at the rear of the hotel. Very quiet. Bed super comfy. Spotlessly clean, iron , hairdryer & safe, so well equipped . Bathroom with walk in shower, which we requested rather than shower over bath. Bathroom looked new. Enjoyed the Dove products! The whole room looked new or very well maintained. Would most definitely stay again!Excellent value for an overnight stop. Partner was sorry he didn’t have time for golf!

Only negative was we couldn’t get a fan for the room as there is no air conditioning. We arrived late on so they had all be allocated, That said, it wasn’t a huge problem as we slept with the windows open & it was manageable.

The staff (Reception, Housekeeping and Kitchen) and the foyer are the two standout features of the hotel. Also the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and all the women loved the downstairs toilets! Your staff in the kitchen and dining room were really helpful to us accommodating us for a birthday pudding, and also the chef looking after the person who needed special preparation of his food - thank you so much, we really appreciated it. We adore the foyer and spent most of our time there. We also loved the surrounding grounds. We also loved having access to the tea and coffee in the foyer - really good addition.

Fan wasn't working in the bathroom but we managed without it. Tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom weren't brilliant, could really do with more choice of teas (herbal, redbush) and also decaf coffee. The biggest thing for me was probably the quality of the food I'm afraid to say, which we didn't think was amazing. The fish was good, but apart from that we were left a bit uninspired by the beetroot and avocado salad (even though it was at least fresh) and also the chicken. The lunch was also not brilliant for me - the chickpea and chili dish was just way too garlicky and I didn't care for the salad. However everyone loved the breakfast (except I missed having mushrooms).

It wa very quiet, comfortable and conveniently located for our trip. The golf course looked good but we didn’t have time to play there this time as heading north. The dinner in the bar and breakfast were both good.

I wa bombarded by emails asking me to ‘online check in, upgrade’ and other things but I never managed to contact a human being while corresponding about booking dinner as we were staying after a long trip. I had sent several messages wanting to book dinner via Booking.com. However some spurious website kept coming up about reserving tables, and I thought this had been done; however on arrival the receptionist had no record of the booking and we had to eat in the bar, (which was actually okay) more human touch and less AI would be an improvement.

We had a lovely time, the room was excellent, we had the breakfast each morning & there is a great verity, the evening meal was very nice & cooked to order. The grounds & the staff were top class you can tell there well trained at their work, and the security team at the entrance do a brilliant job as well. The price for our stay was excellent, and in the future, we won't be using any other hotel in Crewe only this hotel of which is top class.

Hotel is great place to stay, location, rooms and cleanliness is as you would expect from this standard of hotel. The hotel is great value for money.

Restaurant, we had a large booking with colleagues. The food was very nice, service leaves some room for improvement and doesn't fit in with the standard of the hotel. We were given tea in a dirty cup, when requested to replace, it took around 15minutes before we received the replacement at which point most had finished their drinks. A lady had ordered chicken for main course and was given pork and told that was all that was left and someone else must have had the chicken. We ordered drinks to the table which never arrived, we were given drinks which we had never ordered.

A real find - large spacious room, well-equipped and very comfy beds. Special requests were both fulfilled without any issues. Evening meal and breakfast were lovely! A real find for a brief stop off en route to North Wales - will definitely visit again!

We booked a double but were allocated a twin - we didn't bother to query it as we were only staying one night! There were no biscuits with the tea and coffee... a little thing but sometimes it is nice to have a biscuit with your coffee. We arrived late and ate in the bar area - the food and service were good but some of the other guests were very loud and there appeared to be little control over children. This did ruin the atmosphere somewhat and we ended up returning to our room rather than having another drink.

GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION FOR THE WORK WE DO IN THE AREA. GOOD CLEAN COMFTABLE ROOMS, FRIENDLY & HELPFULL STAFF, GREAT VIEWS AND FACILITYS, AMPLE PARKING.

MENU COULD DO WITH REFRESHING, HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AT THE PROPERTY OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND MENU HAS SEEMED NOT TO HAVE CHANGED. FOOD IS GOOD BURT COULD DO WITH REFRESHING. ALSO SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WITH GETTING THE COMPANY ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE, THIS WAS REQUESTED BEFORE THIS VISIT AND ON ARRIVAL BUT HAD TO BE REQUESTED AGAIN ON THE MORNING OF DEPARTURE AS INVOICE WAS PRESENTED WITHOUT THE ADDRESS. FRUSTRATING AS IT HAD BEEN REQUESTED TWICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

big clean and modern; seems to have been recently decorated too. placed in open country, so nice and quiet. parking included. big bonus points for providing coffee in the lounge area ( unlike holiday inn who will sting you for £3.50 a cup). Unobtrusive and efficient staffing too.

short on facilities, eg the "health centre" was a tiny room with a couple of exercise machines in it. mostly conference business ..and they all go for breakfast at the same time ..there maybe queues.

Staff at the bar to busy talking to eachother instead of consentraring on customers. Had to ask for table to be cleared for us to sit down. Ask for curlery few minutes after recieving food. Onlt the outside tables were big enough to have a meal. Inside were tight for 3 of us- drink placed on the floor. Due to hot weather room was like a sauna- no available fans - aleady been used.
