Room was clean and comfortable. Initial issue with the heating, but a quick phone call and a replacement heater was sorted out quickly. Check in via lockbox was quick and straightforward. There's a kitchen area downstairs which can be utilised if required. Crewe isn't somewhere I'm likely to visit too often but I would consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

Aside from the heating issue which was resolved quickly, there's nothing specific not to like. Bit of noise from outside late at night when the pubs close, but obviously this is not the fault of the property.

The value for money of this stay is unbeatable. I have come back a couple of times and have just booked another stay! The amenities are great as the kitchin (including washing machine/drier) has everything you need and is clearly being looked after, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and have a smart tv. Steve is very responsive

The first time I stayed I was on the ground floor and unfortunately in this room the window opens up to street level. As I was there during summer I needed to open the windows especially at night, but as the bed is right next to the window and a prankster decided to wave their hand into the room it did make me jump. Obviously the easy solution is to not open the window..all the other rooms in the building don't have this issue though.

Steve and the team were very accessible and helpful and went above and beyond for me. The room was cosy and had all the facilities I required. The kitchen was a brilliant bonus with everything you would need to live comfortably home from home.

The bathroom although very clean was a little small and you had to sit sideways on the toilet as there wasn't really enough room for your legs at the front of the toilet however there was plenty of hot water and hand wash etc in the room.

The location was very central with everything you could need in walking distance. The bed was large and comfortable - the room and bathroom were very clean. There were two kitchen areas, both were very clean and a good size. Very good budget option.

The room was extremely warm when I first arrived. The street below was very noisy throughout the night, but I had to keep the window open as it was very warm - lots of people being loud and noisy traffic. I was able to sleep fine but maybe not ideal for light sleepers. No parking at the accommodation but fairly cheap parking not too far away.

Perfect for a no frills room for a couple of nights. The hotel is unstaffed but code and key information was provided after we'd booked. These were simple and easy to follow. The fully kitted out kitchen downstairs was good with everything you could need. It was roughly a 15 minute walk to the railway station from here.

The room was quite warm so we had the window open, the road outside was noisy even late at night which may affect light sleepers but that's not the hotels fault.

Struggled at first with access .. my own fault .. Was clean. Value for money. Everything U need on site.. Considering it was a prime location . Had such a peaceful night sleep Bed was comfy. I plan to stay again. Can't fault it at all..

Clearer instruction on keypad to access. Now I know.. it's very simple for my next stay .

The building is spacious, clean, and well equipped. . Very good location.

My stay was interrupted with a lock change by the bank, and I had to find an other accomodation for my next stay. I only hope the next place will be matching this one.

I liked how comfy the bed and bedding was. Everything was clean inside the room and the bathroom. The shower was also really really good. Also the iron and iron board was a bonus! Management was really receptive too as my stay got shortened and they did not need to refund me but they did without question. Thank you

Kitchen could have been a little cleaner but you do not have to go into the kitchen if you do not wish to do so?

Very clean and well designed. Great to have washer and dryer in kitchen. Lots of drawers and storage space in room, including under the bed.

Fourth visit and after booking.com messing it up last time...this time...nice and smooth. Got to meet the owner, nice guy called Steve... So much better getting to know the owner of the place you are staying in...

No issues...Steve was a great and also the cleaning lady...for getting two batteries for the TV remote 👍
