From our initial warm welcome by Simon on Reception, where nothing was a trouble, to our lovely clean comfortable room to the ideal location for our trip we were impressed! The hotel is super clean, the team so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. First stay but we plan to come back! Team member who usually works as a chef (sorry, we didn't catch your name!) but was helping out front of house was so friendly at breakfast time too. The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer everything we needed. The public areas are well looked after and also very clean. Easy to get to and free parking a bonus. We stayed for 4 nights, having added 2 nights last minute and we were very glad we did! Thank you for a great family break!

Nothing, the hotel was great 👍

Room was clean and comfortable, Sirloin Steak off the menu was absolutely brilliant. Breakfast was plentiful and did the job for a few days racing at Oulton Park.

There wasn't really anything to complain about. If I was to give some constructive criticism I'd say.... Our twin room was basically a double bed as the two singles were literally touching each other. Working in holiday properties a lot, I'm aware of the importance of versatile rooms where king-size beds can 'unzip' to create twin beds however usually they would pull apart to atleast create the feeling of not sharing a bed with your mate 😂 And I wasn't told upon check in to log my number plate into the touchscreen device at the desk, I had to ask on the 2nd day which means I'm running the risk of a parking eye fine for th e 1st day. Nothing has come yet but it probably will.

The room was clean and the receptionist was really friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated now, they are overdue a makeover. I would also like to point out that the same receptionist who checked us in around 6pm, tended the reception and the bar on his own, told us the bar is open until 12am, last drinks at 11pm was the very same person who checked us out in the following morning. I do not know the circumstances but it really feels like Ibis need to employ more staff and not let one person work such long hours. I’m not sure how much rest he had between the shifts, if any. He might have been ok with it and needed the hours, who knows, but it still looks like Ibis have some issues to sort out.

Have stayed at this hotel before and all 3 male staff 2 x reception and 1 bar were very good. The facilities are excellent and although the location isn't in the middle of anywhere really popular, it is only a short walk to pubs, services and groceries. The area is nice and quiet and feels secure and the hotel is ideal for us. This is the second stay and one of the staff in particular is always extremely helpful, his name is Eddie and he helped me out with my son's milk allergy on both occasions. Always helpful and a top guy, makes the stay even better. Great clean rooms, very spacious and airy hotel and comfy beds. We also had some food and drinks whilst watching sport on the big tv which was very good as well. Breakfast is also very good and worth the extra for the buffet style and good food. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Nothing really, everything was great.

On arrival reception staff very friendly and helpful. My first impression was one of cleanliness and bright and cheerful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed table was a good addition to the room. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was good and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast was again good quality and a good range of options. The staff in the dining room were also very friendly and professional.

Only one very slight dislike I found the coffee was a bit too strong for me. But I was also impressed that a decaf option was also available.

I booked this accommodation for a short overnight stay whilst visiting friends. The hotel was clean, modern & well presented. The staff were helpful, kind & friendly. The room was clean, had all facilities necessary, spacious, I will even say it was one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in (I travel a lot and I am VERY fussy about my beds!). The bathroom was tidy, well equipped and the shower was spacious with great water pressure (nobody likes a powerless shower). Breakfast in the morning was great value for money, tasty & nothing was ever too much for the staff. I am keeping this place in my back pocket for the next time we come back!

Just 1 thing…when using the shower, if another room turns the shower on, the hot tap mixer cycles and goes from your chosen temperature to piping hot! Not a negative by any means, just a consideration.

Set in a pleasant green surrounds on the outskirts of Crewe the hotel has modern look. Staff were friendly and helpful and check in (and out) was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was a 20 minute walk from the train station (around which there are a few pubs and restaurants) but somewhat further from the town centre. The 24 hour bar/restaurant was a useful feature.

A group booking of families with young children made the bar/restaurant a bit of a play area in the early evening

Booked here at very short notice due to an issue elsewhere and was warmly welcomed as a guest at reception and swiftly checked in. Went to the bar and restaurant and had a lovely meal and drinks, and again the staff were lovely and friendly. Comfy bed and a good shower in the morning followed by a Really nice buffet breakfast that really set me up for the day. Have to say that the staff here were so friendly and made the stay. Although it was further away from the station than I would have liked, being really picky - was only a 15 minute walk, I’d stay here again

The only slight negative I could find was that the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, but as I was on my own it didn’t matter to me

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hadn't expected a restaurant onsite, that was a huge bonus, as it meant we didn't need to go and look for a place to have dinner after our long drive, we could simply stay put. In the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the shower powerful, and I appreciated being able to make tea and coffee in the room. Everything was very clean. Didn't use the gym, but saw the sign that there was one - will bring my kit the next time I am here.

The lighting in the reception / dining / bar area could be less stark. Soft lighting (such as from lamps) would be nice.

It was nice & local to the train station which we used to get into Liverpool city centre. There was car parking which was free for hotel guests. The staff were excellent and had the room ready for when we arrived with our special request of a travel cot for our little one, the staff were super friendly to us and also to our baby, at breakfast members of staff were chatting away to her and playing with her & her toys which was lovely. Our room was also super spacious
