Great prices and cozy room! Clean but room definitely smelled like it had been smoked in before despite it being nonsmoking- doesn’t rlly bother me though, everything else was great. Daily housekeeping if you choose, nice sized fridge, microwave, tv and kuerig coffee machine. There’s a fitness center and an outdoor pool. It’s a nice and very chill place

I’m not a huge fan of the location personally but I wouldn’t say it’s bad, they also didn’t have the main lounge or the restaurant open. There was also multiple times I went to the front desk in the morning and no staff was present, no matter how much I rang that little bell. I thankfully don’t have a busy schedule so I could easily come back at later times but Ik it definitely made me wonder where any front desk staff was from like 7-11am on a Friday morning. When they are there, they are very friendly and accommodating though, so I truly can’t complain too much. I just know this may be a greater inconvenience for someone that needs quicker service.

The Armoni Inn & Suites has fantastic proximity to multiple affordable restaurants in walking distance: Gino's Bagel, Nonna's Pizza, Fiesta Mexico, and Thai Garden. There's also the Chase Bank right next door. If you're feeling adventurous you can go down 340 until you reach Sparkill Steakhouse, go left at the fork up the hill of Highland Avenue and on your left you can walk through Tallman Mountain State Park for some scenic views of the Hudson River. There's an exit past Kane Park that leads out to Piermont where you can go into town and Flywheel Park has a pavilion and benches for a closer look over the Hudson River.

At this time, the breakfast buffet and pool are closed for renovation. These are minor inconveniences considering the area. But for people who don't want to have to leave their hotel room, you may need to either order-in for delivery or go out to the nearby restaurants during mealtimes. Also, there are some stretches that are less walkable than others as 303 is a state highway, but if you have a car this will be a non-issue.

everytime we travel we love to stay at this place is closer to the places we like to visit....

This is the first time i have feel uncomfortable to stay at the room we were given this room was full of ants we didn't notice until the 2nd night and it was because one of my kids said something was crawling on his leg, also on the side our room was the elevators don't work told to the front desk but unfortunaly he couldn't do anything due to that being our last night staying there..

Exterior was a little tired but was not expecting the Ritz, Restaurant wasn't open but was not going use it. My room was very spacious with a fridge, desk and chair, lounging chair. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. I had business a few miles away and this was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Maybe a continental breakfast, but at the rate room being so good it wasn't necessary.

The location and the price.

The rooms were decent and needed better housekeeping because the tables counters weren't really clean. No towels in the room had to ask, and no cups or essentials needs that come with any hotel I've stayed at before. They do say all rooms are non-smoking and yet throughout hallways smells of it. No avoiding that. But ultimately, you get what you pay for.

Parking at night was difficult to navigate. More lights needed on side parking lot. With rain and cold temps the next morning if salting sidewalks could help patrons feel safe walking to entrance that would be nice.

My room was near a main water area so anytime a patron would use the shower or the toilet I could hear the water running and it was super loud I wasn’t sure if there are ways to insulate or sound buffer room 137. Otherwise makes sense it was only $60/night to book online. There was black mold in the bathroom corners and some insects on floor. The secondary latch for door lock was missing. Only 1 towel was provided, no bath mat or hand towel. Could very well be the reduced rate to book online but was underwhelmed yet the convenience to book for a family funeral nearby was helpful to me.

I am used to working on my laptop from home and preparing my own food. The room was ideal for this, as it contained a very good working place (table and chair), a fridge, and a microwave.

I drink a lot of tea, and having a kettle would be great. It is possible to boil water in a coffee brewer using some hacks, but not ideal ) Also, I haven't found a remote control for the AC.

For the price, this place was exactly what we needed. It had a clean and warm shower, a clean bed, and a quiet room. The staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Some other reviews seem pretty harsh. I guess the pool and restaurant aren't functional, but this is clearly stated in the hotel description and sent in an email after I made the booking. It was no problem for me, as we just needed a bed and shower.

Location is close to new york city. Very reasonable price compared to other hotel in jersey and good amenities like the pool. Very clean room. And good value for the money. I highly recommend it. Shopping and restaurants closeby. Don't be fooled by the low price. It's a good hotel.

Stayed a month long in July 2023. All essentials at great discount: ~half price compared to what was in the area. TV, fridge, AC and plenty of water pressure and GPM in shower. Unbeatable in a record high heat month.

Not all rooms are equal. In general 2nd floor is better. Stayed without room service for many days despite having “maid service needed” displayed but when I requested at front desk it happened next morning. No trash can in front of hotel and the one in lobby is very small. I had to carry my trash to my room.
