• The room is nicely designed, modern, and feels fresh • The bed is very comfortable and cozy, perfect for a good night’s sleep • There are plenty of pillows, so you can easily adjust for your comfort • Separate duvets for each person, which is a nice and thoughtful touch • Great location, close to key spots but still quiet and peaceful • The food was tasty and well-prepared • Parking was easy and spacious, making arrival and departure stress-free • The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and the communication from their side was excellent • The staff informed me both during the booking and at check-in that the wellness area was under renovation, so I knew in advance it wouldn’t be available – I really appreciated the transparency • The level of English spoken by the staff was excellent, no communication issues at all

• I would have appreciated a big main light in the room • It would be nice to have a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom • A slightly wider selection of cosmetic products (like shampoo, conditioner) would be a plus

The staff was amazing, they were very polite and always helpful. The food was excellent, tasty and plentiful. We also loved the small jacuzzi 😉 and even the (a bit short) swimming pool 😉.

The shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor considerably and the fuse box in the room was very loud (even at night 🥺).

I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was big, clean, and looked newly renovated. It also smelled nice. The wellness area was good and relaxing. The location is great. Dinner was amazing – really tasty! The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleaning ladies started the chatter early in the morning. Too loud, too much and definitely not at 7 am in the morning. Unfortunately it was not the first time it happened. The breakfast ok, but not the coffee it goes with it.

Best plave on the way from Ukraine to Budapes I can recommend. Dinner & breakfast are gorgeous. Parking is convenient. The hotel is right near the road, but the traffic doesn't bother guests. Huge matrassess on the beds. Cool outlet nearby

I have forgotten the basing suit three times when I have staeyd here ;-( Thus I haven.t visited the Spa yet.

It was too hot in the room and there was no air conditioner. The room wasn’t vacuumed well, because we found a couple of nuts on the floor. My child found a cockroach trap under the bed.

I stayed for one night when I had the long road to Ukraine. I had a very good sleep at that hotel. The bed was big and comfortable, nice pillows. Good breakfast with many choices. People, who want to eat healthy, will found good products for healthy breakfast: eggs, cheese, vegetables, etc. And I like that hotel located close to Outlet, I made some good purchases in the morning.

Swimming pool and sauna were full of people. I think that spa area shod be bigger for such big hotel. Do not make a huge plans for spa area.

Close to the highway, since I use this location when I transit Europe. I couldn't stay at the breakfast but they prepared very large meals to take away for all the persons. The dinner can be taken separately and is various and very consistent (open bar).

A small thing: the bathroom fan wasn't working, but we managed without it.

Price was fair, the location was in good shape, comfortable beds and cosy rooms. Staff was very friendly.

The shower faucet (showerhead) was degraded and should be replaced. It worked fine, but it looked bad, having been used for quite some time.

The food was very delicious and the staff members were very helpful and friendly.

The shower cabine was leaking out, so we had to put the towels to the floor to absorb the pool of water from the bathroom floor
