Very friendly and understanding staff! Breakfast area is decent, had everything you need for breakfast. Room view, if towards the street - is great, can see mountains! Bed mattress is optimal, not too soft. Main street start is 5 minutes away, closest supermarket also close by. Room street sound insulation is okay, considering there are cars roaming almost non stop. Room is well equipped.

Unknowingly we stayed during school skii holidays, there were many schoolchildren running around like elephants, but not after 23:00 an there were no "parties", so it was bearable. Due to same reason breakfast area was filled with people for 30 minutes at a time, unfortunately food diversity was impacted by this (pancakes or donuts were simply not offered during these children days, and I adore pancakes). Hallway side wall is rather thin. Parking in the area is a challenge, as anywhere in Andorra (didn't use hotel parking).

The location is great. The room was comfortable and big enought. The breakfast was also great.

We did book the hotel after filtering by hotels with parking, but then we got there and we realized that the parking is paid (11euros), and its quite limited spots. They gave us a discount for the public parking close to the hotel, but anyway it gets expensive at the end of the day. We also filtered by hotels with restaurant, and when we got there we realized that its a breakfast restaurant (not open for dinner).

Location is excellent, close to amenities and hiking trail. Accessible to tourist spots. Staff were also nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent (excellent for the European side of the family, not satisfying for the Asian side of the family).

No kettle, tea/coffee in the room. Cold floors.

Staff are kind. Food is good. Peaceful place.

Floor is dusty and hairy. No separate table for eating snacks(at least one small table). TV should have at least mirracast or mirroring option so you can watch movies from your phone( because TV is old) while you are resting.

Very good location in the centre of andorra. It is convenient to walk to the restaurants and Caldea spa from here. The hotel has a vintage vibe. Even though the interior is not new, it is very well maintained. It has a very good price quality ratio. I will certainly come back if I visit andorra again.

Hotel staff didn't offer us the parking at the hotel. We end up using the parking lot in front of the hotel, which costs 23 euro per day.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

The room and the bathroom was clean. There was more than enough storage space and there was also a large enough safe to store laptops. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic however there were things to pick from and it was changing over time so certainly was worth it. It is close to the bust stop with direct connections to Encamp (Grandvalira ski resort) as well as the main bus station - which has a direct bus connection to many destinations in the surrounding countries.

There only were a few power sockets and none near the bed.

All just as hoped for. An ideal stay in a very surreal place.

Walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. Very good room size. Parking lot available in front of the hotel, one should wait some minutes to catch one spot.. but it´s doable. Lack of restaurant services but the breakfast was good.

Nice rooms and nice location. Helpful staff.

The area and aircon was very noisy. Will not recommend the car park for larger cars. But there’s a great one just in front of the hotel.
