The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Nala and Lily the 2 dogs on reception made leaving and getting back something to look forward to. Rooms were amazing value for money, especially given the location.

In a great location however, if you do want to get a bike or taxi then 95% of the time you will have to walk to the top of the street to do so - the hotel is in a no pick up zone due to it being a high traffic area. Not sure if all showers are the same but this was probably the biggest drawback of our room - wasn’t very pleasant. Hard to get to an enjoyable temperature and pressure was pretty harsh also - felt like water was only coming out of 3 of the holes. Also tried to get soft/hot drinks at the bar upstairs and was told we weren’t able to - not sure why but smoothie bowls were available.

This was my second visit, and once again, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has clearly made some updates since my last visit, and I was impressed with the new bathroom design The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of smoothie bowls, kombuchas and some vegan products Overall, a pleasant experience, and I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The overall experience was enjoyable, but the parking lot for scooters was a bit messy during my stay. It seems the high demand of the holiday season contributed to the issue, as the space felt overcrowded and not as organized as expected. That said, the rest of the hotel services met expectations, and I appreciated the effort the staff put into maintaining other aspects during such a busy time. A little more attention to the scooter parking area would make future stays even better.

My room on the ground level experienced seepage from the bathroom drainage system due to bad weather and the ongoing floods in most area in Bali. This situation made me slightly uncomfortable as some water pooled on the floor of the room. Nevertheless, I understand that the bad weather and flooding are natural disasters affecting many regions in Bali over the past few weeks. The hotel staff made efforts to assist by promptly cleaning the water and providing a replacement room on a higher floor.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are fairly good. Icy cold air con which is great. Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. We requested late checkout and they happily agreed. There is also a kitchen for use of guests so you can cook your own food. Hotel is in a quiet side street, well maintained and close to Echo Beach. Good cafes and restaurants in street also.

Construction next door all day is a bit noisy. Not an issue if you’re out all day. Also the bathroom had a bit of mould but nothing too bad.

Gorgeous place with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the staff were so lovely every time we saw them. They organised with us the best time to clean the rooms which is a nice touch. The pool was lovely. Rooms spacious. They have two dogs that hang out at reception all day so we had lots of pats which was a massive bonus!

Rooms were a little dark and tvs didn’t work. Pool chairs need a refresh but all good!

Very friendly staff, and an amazing location. Considering the price, I was thrilled with the pool area and included breakfast.

Breakfast only serves smoothie bowls, however I would have loved if there was the option for some simple toast or eggs, even a coffee machine for espresso would have been ideal. The coconuts are served cold, this was a great way to start my day.

Good location, down a small side street so fairly quiet. About 10-15 mins walk into the “main” area of Canggu. But also lots of restaurants, spas etc right by the hotel. Staff were friendly and pool was nice/clean

It seems they’ve renovated the hotel somewhat recently, but didn’t do the bathrooms. My bathroom had a smell and often little mosquitoes, and it needed a deep clean. I think this may be quite common in Canggu though. Other than that, this place was good to stay at!

The staff were amazing. The bed was very comfortable. It's very close to the beach and all the eateries. Two lovely dogs in reception would greet us most days.

The bathroom is very old and tired. The shower curtain was very grimy. The towels were very discoloured. And the water pressure was very low.
