Convenient location both for walking around the city and for travelling by car. The superior room had a good size and reasonable facilities for a couple for a few days. The staff was helpful by agreeing to make a small change to the reservation despite the cancellation deadline having passed. They were also happy to provide dish soap and sponge on request.

The toilet was leaky and made noise if you didn't double flush "correctly". The code for the parking garage changes on the first of every month and the staff forgot to tell us in advance. Temperature control was problematic (i.e. the room was cold and the thermostat / heating didn't seem to work very well).

I really liked the location (10 min walk from the train station, 2 mins from the central part of the town and very close to touristic sites). I liked the room space and how it had a small kitchen but the best was the balcony. Waking up in the morning and having a coffee there in a fresh surrounded by trees. A very decent place for a very decent price in the beautiful town of Chambery. The people working there were every friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and taken care of.

Breakfast was really nice, and it had an underground car park which was great as we drove. We have stayed here in the past, as it is nicely located in the centre of Chambery

They could have got the room numbers on the plaques outside the rooms cut properly. As it was on the fourth floor - the majority of room numbers have got the right hand side of the last number cut off which a) really hurts my OCD and b) makes trying to identify things like 439 when the only the left half the 9 is there is quite hard!

Basic hotel with good sized room including small kitchen. Secure parking for €10. We had the superior double room, but it was good value. Didn't have breakfast (€16) at the hotel but limited options close by. Short 5 - 10 min walk to the more interesting parts of the town.

Need to get instructions and code for limited car parking from reception first. It's a short drive around the corner to the entrance but is effectively underneath the hotel. There is also short-term free and paid overnight parking across the road.

Convenient location, spacious room, use of pleasant and welcoming lounge, other facilities also available (laundry room, mini gym, wellbeing room), kitchenette in each room is handy

Corridors and interiors of rooms are dated and feel like it’s been a ‘touch up’ effort to modernise them. Kitchenette is great but has very little equipment so if you wish to use it fully you need to go out and buy things (knives, washing up utensils/cloths, chopping boards etc). Carpet in room was stained and not hoovered in five days of being there (or if it was, it wasn’t hoovered well as the same crumbs etc were on the floor all the time!)

Double door at the entrance of the room. Relatively good sound protection inside the building. Tree shadowed surrounding on the left side rooms, usually not noisy, no motorbike noise at all. Good refrigerator, enough dishes in the kitchinette. Good location to the center and to the high way. Mixed staff at the reception, but most of them are professional. Even in case of big tourist groups comming with bus, the accomodation and the breakfast is confortable. Community space for dayly conversations with coffee machines.

Week water pressure at the hand wash basin (Water saving reasons?). No plug in the bath tube. A little bit weak air conditioning, but still ok. No available parking lot in the building, but solved in the nearby square (25 meter) and the price is included in the invoice. The breakfast is ok, but the scrumbled eggs are not a best one. The furniture in the breakfast area needs some update. There is a gym room but with basic facilities.

The secure parking in the underground car park was excellent. Access was at the back of the hotel and reception gave simple instructions. The room was good and had a small kitchen area as well as a toilet separate from the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helped with a map, instructions and advice. The location was excellent as well, with plenty of restaurants and bar within easy walking distance. The breakfast area was excellent with a good range of food. There was also a nice lounge on the breakfast floor, which we only realised in the morning.

Nothing much, it was perfect for our one night stay whilst travelling.

Surprisingly well-equipped. Room (411) had a small kitchenette behind a curtain, which included cooking utensils, a hob, microwave, kettle and sink. Comfortable bed. Separate loo and bathroom. Inner lobby door made it nice and quiet. Small desk for working was helpful. Balcony was a nice touch. Pre-bookable secure underground parking a good bonus and making it suitable for motorcycles. Good location with an array of restaurants and a local Carrefour market all very nearby (less than 2 minute walk). Breakfast was pleasant and discovered a nice lounge area in the morning, next to the breakfast room on the first floor. Very good value for money.

First impressions aren’t great but worth persisting. None of the four pillows were comfortable - all of them too firm. The hotel is quite dated (wood chip wallpaper and wooden internal doors painted over many times) and would benefit from a. Little investment to update the decor. Bathroom sink tap water flow very poor.

What a wonderful hotel! It's located perfectly near the city center (about 7 min by feet) and the area is totally safe. The staff is very nice, polite and welcoming, thank you! The room was much more spacious than I imagined! It's not new but it's very clean and big. You have a nice bathroom, comfy bed and a small kitchen where we were able to cook! And there was everything we needed :) We had a great time in Chambery for a very reasonable price!

Ideal location and very nice staff. The room was clean and had everything you could need. What really set it over the edge for us was the communal space that had free hot drinks and lemonade! There were places to sit and there were also board games which were super fun! There is also a fitness centre, however we did not try it ourselves.
