Modern, elegant, nice breakfast

We were given a room we disliked. The bed was placed in the middle of the room, facing a TV on the wall, and behind it, at the head of the bed, was a large table/computer working station with outlets and 2 plastic chairs. No armchair, no sofa to sit on. We arrived at 6pm and did not feel like going to bed immediately or spending the evening in a supine position watching TV. Neither did we want to work on our laptops at the table provided. We were tired from the trip and yet there was no way to comfortably sit and relax in this room.

This is a somewhat fancy resort/spa but with reasonable prices (probably because it’s about a mile outside of the center of town.) It’s convenient that the hotel includes a nice bar/restaurant with a decent selection of local wines. Our room had an ultramodern configuration with a desk behind the bed headboard. This is super convenient for keeping your room and your roommates out of your zoom calls background.

They ask you to specify your breakfast time slot the night before. The result is a bunch of people all arriving in a crowd at the same time. The breakfast selection is nice but is crammed into a small corner of the restaurant.

The room was excellent so was the breakfast was amazing. I got scammed twice from scammers hacking the booking.com app. it was impossible to contact booking.com and report it. The hotel were absolutely fantastic and told me it was hackers and not them contacting me. I really hope booking.com is reimbursing the hotel for the wage cost for all the additional resource it is taking them to deal with an issue which is nothing to do with them. Booking.com you need to make it easier to get to customer support as AI is not good enough.

We arrived early evening and no where to park.

We were touring on our scooter across Europe so we needed secure parking where ever we stayed.I'm glad to say that we were very happy with the parking area. The hotel is very nice.The garden was relaxing and we saw people playing boules in an area nearby. The hotel also offers a spa and exercise facilities. Unfortunately the kitchen was out of action but guests were able to buy sandwiches and desserts from the fridge in the bar in the evening.The bar was well stocked too. The bedroom was small although the bed was comfortable.The shower was good and the toilet room was narrow. The breakfast choices were very good with a wide selection of fresh fruit,juices and pastries.Hot food was also available.

My only negative would be the toilet room which was very compact.

We stayed for one night only on our way from Saint-Tropez to Annecy, and the place was wonderful. I don't know if it was because of a very last-minute booking, but the price was beyond excellent for us. Literally half the price of any of the other six hotels/apartments during our two-week roadtrip. The hotel seems new, and all surfaces and furniture seem sleek and high-quality. Parking was very available, easy and gated. Staff at check-in were fabulous – just so nice and accommodating! The public patio area next to the restaurant was a great hangout as well. We didn't have time to try the restaurant or spa.

Our room was quite cramped (four adults, family), but again for the price it was completely excusable. If I would give any advice to the hotel, it would be to replace the TV with a new one (quick fix). The room had a small TV (the size didn't bother us), but it was almost unusable. It only seemed to have smart features (no antenna), but they were very old and each button press had more than a second of lag. We were able to search something on Youtube and then we just let it autoplay. Just some tiny feedback for an otherwise fantastic stay :).

Good location for driving by. Beautiful hotel. Great room. Very good parking. Very clean. Water tap was in the corridor which was welcomed to get water at any time I wanted.

The restaurant was closed due to the bank holiday. When I asked the reception if they recommend somewhere else to go they said "Don't know". Not very friendly. Google maps took me to the wrong place in central reims rather than where the hotel is. They need to fix it.

Lovely comfortable hotel with lovely room and facilities. A good breakfast to get us through the day. Had a lovely evening in town with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant wasn’t open so we had to get a taxi into town and back which increased our budget significantly. It’s important to say that we were notified of this and we could have changed our hotel but decided to stay thinking there would be another restaurant close by but there wasn’t.

Spacious Room, modern bathroom. Great option "petit comptoir" with delicious pre-cooked menus outside the opening hours of the restaurant. Good hotel choice for an overnight stay when travelling with children.

The spa area was unfortunately not open, which we only found out at check-in.

The location is perfect, being next to the motorway, for us to stop overnight on our way to Italy. The property had a nice atmosphere and character. A great air conditioned family room. Clean with enough space for four of us. Friendly staff at check in and the bar area.

Only one key for the room which is required to work the lighting in the room. The key is also required to get back into the main door of the building so very annoying if one family member want to go outside e.g to the car then the room is plunged into darkness until they return.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The superior room I had was very spacious, and the decor was modern and welcoming. There is a restaurant on the first floor that I did not try, but it did look very nice. The hotel is outside of the center of town but is located right off the highway, so it was easy to access. I enjoyed staying there, especially for the friendly and helpful staff.

I have to say that the toilet didn't flush very well. It's a modern toilet, but I had to flush multiple times, which was annoying after a while.
