The front desk staff was really nice and efficient during the check-in process. They had a lot of pamphlets for area attractions. The sheets were surprisingly soft and super comfortable. We had working outlets, a fridge, TV, and a microwave. It worked perfect for my family for what we needed for the night.

Finding the ice machine was a little hard, and we didn't see any signage directing us to it. When we originally booked it we thought breakfast was included but apparently, those services have been suspended even though they're still listed on the site we booked through.

The A/C worked well, the room was pretty spacious, and I really appreciated that there were two chairs and a desk in the room. There was free parking. The staff accommodated our request for a later checkout. The room was not spotless--corners and edges (floors and ceilings) could have used a better cleaning--but the areas of the room that were important--sink, tables, bed, chairs--were clean. The beds were okay, but the mattresses were a little lumpy/lopsided. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but close enough to easily get to all the attractions and is right next door (walking distance) to a Fuddrucker's. Overall, we were comfortable there, and were able to enjoy our vacation without any major issues with the room while still paying what we felt was a very reasonable price for the rooms.

Some areas of the room could have been cleaner--corners and edges of the floors and behind furniture. (I had to pull the bed out looking for something I thought I had dropped back there and it was pretty dusty.) A little more care could be taken to make sure the towels left in the room are clean and free of any debris (we could not use one of the towels for this reason) and that they are all replaced even if it doesn't look like they were used. (The towels under the sink were a little dusty and I wondered if maybe they weren't replaced for a while because they hadn't been used.)

I just stayed at the Escape Inn Hershey for my 4th of July vacation weekend. I was very very happy staying at this hotel. It was very clean, very comfortable beds and the fella at the front desk was so nice and it was the perfect spot to stay for Hershey Park and great for the two Concerts I attended during my stay. Beautiful area and very close to all the parks and entertainment. I loved it here and most definitely I would love to book my stay again at the Escape Inn Hershey Hotel. Hopefully soon! Wasn’t expecting much more than a basic place to lay our heads for the night. We had a sick kid from too many roller coaster rides in the park so we almost skipped the reservation. So glad we didn’t! The man at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I’m assuming he is also a parent because his suggestions for soothing an upset tummy were spot on and he even told me which store to go to. The room was excellent with ice cold AC, clean, plenty of towels and pillows. The price was phenomenal! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back to stay at this property if we go back to Hershey!

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were coming in for a concert (which was rescheduled), and he allowed us to get in early. Room was nice and seemed clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable enough, and the ac/heat worked very well. Location was terrific as it's close to Hershey Park, close to the city center, and close to the highway. All in all, it was a very good stay.

Hotel grounds need to be mowed and trimmed, and stair wells need to be swept. It would be nice to see a coffee maker in the room.

Good location at a good price with pleasant room. I was glad to be able to park under the building with all the snow. Location was close to Hershey and restaurants. Price was great for these days.

The luggage cart was very helpful for unloading from the car and moving luggage up to the room. I was grateful. However, with a little effort it could look a lot better. While very functional, it looked rusty and run down.

The location is perfect it is directly across from the Hershey lodge. There are two restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of parking. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were also very friendly. The room was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The only thing I would recommend would be to put more fluffier pillows on the bed

Our stay at Escape Inn Hershey was nothing short of exceptional. Its prime location near attractions, the beautifully renovated rooms, unbeatable value, and the exemplary inn experience make it a must-visit for anyone traveling to the Hershey area. I can confidently say that this inn contributed significantly to making my Hershey trip a memorable and delightful experience. I look forward to returning on my future visits to the area.

One of the notable drawbacks of our stay was the absence of an on-site restaurant. This made finding a suitable breakfast spot a challenge. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated breakfast area within the inn itself.

Didn't need fancy. Just a comfortable, clean, convenient and safe place to sleep. After walking 18k steps at the park, this was a perfect place to stay. Affordable, clean and safe. We will stay here again when we visit the park for the day. Only negative was they no longer have a free breakfast and there isn't a coffee maker in the rooms.

I wish they still offered the free breakfast. If they don't return the free breakfast they should at least offer coffee machines in the room. That was the only real negative of our stay.

Very comfy rooms and beds. Good location, close to the park but still a bit out of the major parts of town. Quiet area, quiet building. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Hopefully they get commended for their efforts and service, made us feel very welcomed.

Parking was minimal, but okay. The bathroom did not have any vents or airflow, which is a preference but with a smaller room, I think it’s important, especially when sharing it with others. Even a small internal fan would be nice. The USB ports on the furniture did not work in my room, but it seems to be common with multiple hotels/chains. Only major issue was with the mini-fridge. It stopped working for a few hours out of nowhere, and we had some food get warm. It eventually worked, but it was still a bit sad to have to toss good food.
