The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of superior quality and had lots of variety. We rented three rooms and they were all very modern and spacious. The sauna was excellent! We ate dinner here a couple of our nights and though the menu is a little limited, the quality of the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

When traveling from Passo Gardena, turning left into the driveway is very difficult because it is a very sharp turn and near a curve in the road.

Location and view from balcony been perfect. Room size was also great and overall I and my family really enjoyed stay in thi accomodation. Breakfast been great as well. I would really want to return also during winter time, few of the Dolomity superski areas are pretty close to hotel.

Its just a picky stuff but I would appreciate bigger balcony with seating, maybe some small pool or jacuzzi in hotel features, but thats just my wishes overall hotel was great.

The only thing we didn't like was that the women working at breakfast looked at us too persistently, which made us feel uncomfortable. Also, they gave us a three-day pass (which we stayed in this hotel for) on the last night of our stay there. It would have been much better if they had given it at the beginning and we could have saved a decent amount of money with it.

Both breakfast and dinner are superb. The staff in the dinning room are pleasant and professional. We enjoyed very much. The location is convenient for both driving and using public transit.

Wish there was a tea kettle in the room. I am now currently having a dispute with the Hotel because they over charged me for 3 nights of city taxes. I did not pay attention to the invoice when I check out. The Hotel did not reply my inquiry. So I am taking the matter to booking.com hoping to get the money back. I wanted to believe it was an honest mistake.

Views were very good from the hotel, the staff were excellent, easy to use the transport (buses) from nearby. A special mention to Jihane and Claudia who were very attentive to our requests and made our stay even better.

The buses didn’t run into the evening which made going into the town sometimes more difficult. Our bathroom flooded when the shower was used (but the presser was amazing!)

Excellent location of the hotel with a view of Sassolungo. Beautiful and clean room with a large balcony with an unrepeatable view. We had a stay with breakfast, which was very tasty, including excellent coffee. Possibility to use the sauna included in the price, but unfortunately we did not have time for it. Free parking at the hotel. The hotel also offers dinner for an additional fee.

Hotel in nice location, on the way to alpine pass and not far from Selva. Many hiking options around. Standard rooms do not have balconies, keep it in mind. Breakfast is good. Three saunas available by booking in advance ooen 4-7pm.

Spacious room with a great view! Great shower with hot water. Dinner (7:30p) was a selection from a pre fixe menu- good local cuisine as well as very filling. Also took the opportunity to use the sauna which was relaxing. Location only about 20-30min from ortisei where we used the cable cars to get to our activities.

Great location for skiing. Clean and nice space. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was amazing.

Very hard beds. Not all windows facing the street have blackout curtains so when cars go by their headlights come right into the room. We had to put up one of our ski jackets to block it. Food was okay.

Perfect situated hotel a minute away from the Sasso lungo cable car. Very good breakfast and dinner in the evening, served by very nice and helpful staff. Our room was cleaned daily and it was spotless.
