The staff were very kind and considerate in every detail, making me feel like I was receiving five-star hotel service. Especially Jessica’s service in the hall was truly touching. I feel like it gave me a new perspective on Italian women.

If you turn on the lights in the evening and open the door, moths may come in, so it’s better to keep the door closed as much as possible.

Location is at the end of the free shuttle service and has only one shuttle line to it so it the shuttle less frequent than desired. No grocery store nearby.

The location is perfect. At the base of the Sassalonga mountain. It is ski in and out, at the base of the tram, ski school and ski rental right there. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. They even set up a separate breakfast for us when we slept in. Lovely , updated and very comfortable rooms most with a balcony over looking the Dolomites. Cheese buffet on Friday nights - over 50 cheeses !! free buses into local near by towns.

5 mins from Selva so if you want night life you need to drive. With all the skiing we were in bed early so not an issue.

Loved the hotel...newly renovated, very tastefully done with personal touches, amazing food, great skiing access (50m from lift)...amazing value for money...hard to fault

The property was in a beautiful location. The room was clean and comfortable.

We did purchase the inclusive dinner but decided we would have it. We were unsure of what we were paying for and given no direction. The food was incredibly small portions for the price paid.

Perfect location for skiing; lifts are just across the street We liked the room (308), spacious, terrace with a great view, big new and functional bathroom Very convenient in-house ski rental with good equipment.

Food was not a highlight. Breakfast was nothing to brag about: canned fruit salad, industrial cold cuts, and no home-made cakes which cost nothing to make and are always a great treat. Dinner was plated neatly, but nothing was memorable. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order. Maybe not the greatest value for money.

for the cost of the hotel room I would have expected excellent WIFI coverage. this needs to be improved. Also the dining room needs upgrading. The bar area is very modern and cosy, fits the hotel grandeur, but the dining room looks like the cafetaria of a business The menu was at times too stretching for our kids. They would have preferred to be able to choose from a small a la carte menu with pasta, or steak
