A great location with stunning views from the balcony. Our room was clean and very comfortable -and warm! Despite our room facing the road we found our room to be quiet, even with the thunderstorm and heavy rain we encountered on our last night. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even sourced a kettle for us to have in our room after we discovered the dining room was closed and coffee machines switched off out of hours. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be sure to book in here!

The lack of hot water/drinks available outside of breakfast/dining hours was a little disappointing. There also wasn’t really anything vegetarian available for dinner but

Easy check-in with a responsive lady receptionist. (She also performed well as a waitress). Newly renovated room, clean, well lit and adequate size for 3 adults. Comfy beds & pillows. Balcony overlooking the private parking and facing quiet mountains above the hotel's backyard. Door locks and blackout shutters function well. Large bathroom with mountain view. Good WIFI signal. They were renovating other rooms on the 2nd floor and finished in the next day, without any annoying issues. We enjoyed breakfast with ham, cheese, croissant, and freshly brewed coffee. In the second evening, delicious dinner started at 7:15 pm, consisted of salad, broccoli soup, meat, fish and desserts. Since we ate out at Ortisei in the first evening, we're offered lunch packets prepared and ready for our leaving at 07:00 am instead. The Sudtirol guest passes, free gifts from the hotel, provided convenient transportations in Bolzano.

Simple breakfast with some warm items, pastries, cheese, ham, fruit juices, coffee, etc. There is a boot room with lockers where you pay a €10 refundable deposit. There is a linking chairlift about 5-10 mins walk from the accommodation and ski bus stop about 2 mins walk away. Very good value bar within the property that whilst a bit on the old side still has character and is a good place to grab a drink. Our 3 person room and 3 single beds and plenty of storage space. Functional bathroom with a good shower. Nice and warm room with plenty of radiators for drying wet ski gear. We also had a balcony.

The complimentary bathroom toiletries were ok but I would recommend taking your own shower gel and shampoo. The property is a 10-15 min walk from Selva centre and can be a bit of a challenge getting back in ski boots if you miss the last ski bus. Not a major issue but something to be mindful of if you had young children with you.

This hotel is amazing! We loved our stay so much. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast is delicious and a lot of choice what to eat. Lunch and dinner are available for separate small price. Highly recommend taking it, desserts were unforgettable. Hotel also provided us free bus tickets to Ortisei (so nice and convenient). The bus stop is 1min walk. The room is big, clean and had a nice view and a terrace. We would definitely book again once we are back to the valley.

Clean, tidy and great location - just outside the ski bus stop l, which takes you both to ciampinoi and plan de gralba. Nice food in terms of breakfast and dinner.

There was no fridge in the room.

The hotel was amazing mainly because of the friendly staff, location and pristine clean facilities. Although there was language barrier, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in trying their best to communicate. There was ample parking and nice views all around. The decor and ambience of the place was quite unique and cozy.

We were 3 adults in a room for two so it was a bit cramped with a lack of storage space.

Friendly and efficient staff, wide assortment of breakfast items, dinner was also good with a large variety of appetizers and desserts. Quiet clean room, fun game room and bar. Would recommend and return.

Breakfast was good. Hotel is nice with beautiful view. Well connected with bus ( next to plan stazion bus station). Many nearby restaurants (although they were closed during our trip)

Everything was good

It was good to find somewhere open at a time of the year when most places in the area are closed and for a reasonable price. Instructions re arrival were clear and the welcome was friendly. The room was a good size for 3 beds, with a balcony and all we needed. The breakfast was good too. Plenty secure parking.
