Very clean and comfortable. Accommodating hosts that offered vegan options for breakfast on request, helped us find a bike shop that still bicycles for rent on short notice, and made reservations at a restaurant for us since we had no phone service. Bus stop located 50m away and we received free tickets that allowed unlimited transportation to surrounding areas. We didn’t have to use the car for our entire stay. After a rainy day, the host offered to dry our clothes in the heater room which was great! Rooms were cleaned daily. Very quiet and a stream next to the hotel was nice to listen to.

Since it was on the edge of town, it was a 15 minute walk (nice bike/walking path) to restaurants, but the bus will take you if you don’t want to walk. We were hoping for more of a mountain view, but everything else was so nice that it became less important.

Everything about B&B apartments is excellent. Breakfast was great. It has a private parking garage. Raymond is a great host. Always around for anything you need. He even went out of his way to drive to get a tool to fix my eyeglasses. They supplied us with free bus passes for the length of our stay. I would definitely stay here again, and you won't be disappointed if you stay here too.

The host Raimond & Erika is such a kind and lovely couple. We feel comfortable with their presence, love them very much. Every corner of this property is well maintained, somehow it just made us feel like home. The room is spacious and clean. They will clean your room, make your bed & change your towel everyday without you asking them to do it. They are very thoughtful. They have a variety of tea/ coffee corner right outside your room, just in case you need it anytime. They even have a heart shape accessories box for your rings/ necklace so you won’t misplace it.

Even if it was on the outer end of the city, it was a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes into the city or to the other cities in Val Gardena for free. As this is almost the first stop you get a seat:) 15 min easy Walk to city centre. Good room and bathroom. Good parking is parking garage. Breakfast OK. Quite place. Would stay there again

Breakfast good be better. No fridge I the room but we got a fridge in the breakfast area that we could use, so no problem.

Belsy and her family who own an operate this property are exceptionally kind and gracious hosts! The property is beautifully located and provides easy access to spectacular hiking trails and the lovely nearby town of Selva!

We have no criticisms for this property. We can’t wait to come and visit again!

The accommodation was great. I will start with cleanness, because it was exceptional. The room was cleaned every morning, and everything was shiny. Big thumbs up! The conditions are great, you will not regret booking here. It's 10-15 min away from city centre if you're walking, but that's manageable.

The breakfast could be a bit diversified. If you stay for a longer period it gets a bit boring.

The location was perfect! calm place near the river, all the hikes are easy to access, the bus stop is 1 min walk. Not so many tourists. The room was spacious with the balcony, super clean. The owners are wonderful people who are always ready to help.

Everything was great

This was by far our favorite place we got to stay at throughout a 3 week Italy trip. Belsy and her family are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond the way they treat guests. We felt like we were leaving Selva with new friends. Thanks Cudlea!!!

Rooms with a lot of space and confortable, parking for the guests and a good breakfast. But most of all, the way Besley treated us during our stay, always helpfull and ready to give us suggestions to make sure that we make the most of our time in dolomites.

Breakfast was great, they catered for vegan too. Covered parking was useful and a bus stop close by.
