The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The rooms were also relatively quiet even with a family with loud kids two doors down. The room's AC was powerful, making it very cold and perfect for sleeping. Very good location.

The major complaint that I have is the coffee at breakfast. They have three very poor-quality automatic machines, one of which was broken most of the time I was there (5 nights). They're slow, produce drinks made mostly of milk and the coffee is horrible, which is unfortunate seeing that Thailand has some of the best coffee in the world. there were long lines just to wait to get subpar coffee. You really need to fix that situation.

When we checked in we weren’t given any information like other hotels. It was only the next day did we realize that there was a shuttle bus in the evening and that you Could walk into town in about 15-20 minutes. On our last evening we realized that there was a restaurant up on the top floor. Again if we had been told we would have had dinner there one evening. Staff at breakfast were slow to respond to refilling items and slow to lay tables and clear up. Great hotel but just lacking in information from the staff.

the hotel deserves a high rate level. i travel a lot in my business life and visit for sure like 40 to 50 hotels per year. mostly at a 4 or 5 star level. i was very satisfyed with everything in the stylisch hotel. the pool area is great for kids for playing. and for smaller ones there is a kids club too. but most of all i felt home because of the very friendly and helpful staff. what you get for the money couldn't be better.

i dislike nothing at all. but you need a car or taxi to reach the city center, the malls or other restaurants.

The breakfast is one of the highlights and draws to coming back to this hotel. Complete as expected overlooking the Kong river with long tail boats occasionally going by. Feels like a movie set really hard to believe it’s real. Sheer beauty. Staff is also the highlight fun professional local friendly and exceptionally accommodating.

Kinda of a mystery why a bill has an area for a tip when a service charge has already been added, but really trivial in the scope of a great stay.

Fabulous staff, very attentive and kind. We wanted to change rooms for a better view, they offered immediately without any extra costs. One of iur boys had a nose bleed at night, they changed the whole bedding withiut any complaints. Everyone was very kind and smiling. Lovely lazy river and water slides. It has a feel of a boutique hotel. Not too big or crowded. the grounds are lovely. They had a lovely xmas light display. Very big. kids were amused. Beautiful stroll mext to the riverside at night time. We loved everything!

The hotel was very grand and really nicely designed. Just outside of Chiang Rai town centre, was easy to get a tuk tuk/taxi to-from the hotel. I would suggest keeping hold of your drivers number as would be cheaper to get them than using the hotel service e.g. to the airport. They can also take you to the likes of nearby attractions e.g., town / white/blue temples. The staff were friendly and helpful from the doorman, to the restaurant staff to front desk etc. The rooms were clean and pleasant, with all the usual modern amenities you would expect. The garden view rooms are less exciting than the river view, so I would recommend the river view as this was beautiful. The massages we had at the hotel were good. The chefs made an effort to accommodate for our dietary requirements and this was appreciated. The restaurant staff took really good care of us. We didn't use the pool facilities, and only briefly popped up to the bar at the top. The lobby itself was lovely and they had live music in the evenings. All in all, a lovely experience, I would recommend staying here and would come back here if visiting Chiang Rai again.

It would have been good if shuttle to/from the airport or bus terminal was included, especially given the location. It was also a shame that the hotel of this size felt a little dead in terms of atmosphere, but this might just be the off season and the fact there is not much to do in Chiang Rai. Nevertheless, cannot fault the hotel, facilities and staff itself.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The 8th floor room was quiet, cozy, comfortable with a good view of the river and from garden. The breakfast lay was good and tasty food. Even the al-carte dinners, we enjoyed by the riverside where the entire space was beautifully decorated with LED lights. Very romantic and quiet. Staff was helpful for guidance and information about the town.

Light switches in the room if labelled will be helpful and easy to use.

A hidden gem in Chiang Rai... this resort is exactly what we were looking for coming to this magical place. The sweetest and friendliest levels of hospitality from the staff and offers great value for your money. Facilities include a spa with great rates, an amazing rooftop bar restaurant for sunset seekers, and a mini waterpark along with the main swimming pool and a massive garden with gazebos scattered around. TV includes some good channels including F1 and football. Breakfast by the river is another highlight of this amazing property.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are well equipped. We had a great view on the river. Breakfast also has reasonable range of options. The garden and swimming pool areas are beautiful. The location is also good - walking distance to the city sights. The hotel has its own restaurant, shop, rooftop bar, and a massage & spa center. Overall, it's absolutely recommended. I think this is the best place to stay in Chiang Rai.

The window doesn't open in the room, which makes it difficult to get some fresh air. I wish there were bath instead of shower in the room's bathroom, but that's a minor point.

The best hotel in Chiang Rai, hands down! fantastic staff. very professional. large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms with HUGE beds. great coffee shop in lobby and nice touch having little gift shop with essentials in the lobby. Very nice to have so close. Breakfast is amazing, with LOTS of options. Pool / waterpark is incredible! Had the best foot massage ever at the spa! Perfect location. Can walk to center of town in 15-20 minutes. I Love this hotel and will always stay there when I am in Chiang Rai.

The coffee at the breakfast buffet is awful. it's worth it to pay for one at the coffeeshop in the lobby.
