The best place for relaxation in Matemwe, The staff were very welcoming and supportive specially the reception manager Mr Rashid Khamis, he made our stay perfect. The delicious breakfast experience on the infinity pool is unforgettable. Rooms were clean and neat and had large spaces with a breath taking view for the palms on the ocean. Rooms were almost separate and private with a lot of green areas around where we could see small antelopes and squirrels and they were very shy and cute. It was safe to stay there and walk around before night. At night it is dark and we needed guidance from locals and they were kind and supportive. Food and drinks: The breakfast was fabulous set menu with a lot of items and juices and fruits and the staff at breakfast are amazing. Lunch or dinner weren't the same level of breakfast but were good.

The hotel is on a cliff so Walking to the beach depends mainly on the tide if it's low tide then we can walk on the beach and if it's high tide we have to move around the hotel on land and the reception helped in doing that.  Nearby activities  Few nearby activities but we had dinner in 2 different restaurants outside the hotel about 10-15 minutes walk. I also found a near place to do rusta for my hair and had massage

Kasha was our Honeymoon we spent 10 days . All staff were exceptional and made every day special The food was delicious! Breakfast was amazing every day and kept us fueled for a day of adventures. Dinners were yummy with great portions The soup every night was delicious! The manager Rashid helps with everything and runs an amazing team of people from security to waiters you won't get more friendly and welcoming people. I read a previous complaint about service /tour prices But in airport chatted to people apart of your groups ... While the price may be a little higher. You are safe with the same driver all day waiting for you and you know that you will get location and tours (after heating how some groups had tours cancelled due to too few people) my partner and I did all tours just the two of us and it was magical and special with our own guide and transport. Took alot of the stress out of the trip. Also while hiring a car may seem like an idea I would truly consider taxi services as even as a south African roads were daunting happy to have a familiar driver on road who was safe and friendly! 😁 Also says spent at Kasha so relaxing !! Such a beautiful piece of paradise ❤️ Definitely do a sunrise at the infinity pool !

No dislikes from hotel stand point Just advice Do not buy any shell /organic product from beach Bois as they will be confiscated Lastly pack some crocs or some sea shoes to go in the ocean loads of sea urchins below on rocks when you venture out at low tide but great adventure. Beautiful swimming beach 5 minutes down road.

I loved everything about Kasha Boutique. The staff were so polite, helpful & friendly at all times. I have never experienced a hotel where the staff has made you feel like they are so grateful for your stay so it was extremely warming to experience this at Kasha. They are exceptional at providing an unforgettable experience. The views were also breath-taking!

The is resort is set in a stunning location, with a long, walkable beach where you can spot marine life .Our room was spacious and included a beautiful private pool — a perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was when the pool guy climbed a coconut tree in our own garden, and brought us fresh coconuts,2 times 😌 On our last night at the resort, the staff surprised us with a beautifully arranged private dinner, with flower decorations and sculptures — these are the memories we are taking with us 🌸🫶🏽 Staff- We were especially impressed by the exceptional service at the resort. Mr. Rashid, the manager, is genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. He took our requests seriously and ensured our TV was fixed promptly. A special thanks to Mr.Godbless works in restaurant — an outstanding professional guy who clearly understands how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Tip take a walk about 1 km to the right along the beach — you'll discover a stretch of fantastic local restaurants. We only found it later in our trip and wished we had explored it sooner!

We had a good stay, but there were a few small issues. There was no telephone in the room, which would have been useful to connect reception Also, there was a unpleasant odor in the corridor that was a bit uncomfortable every time we left the room. The bathroom door was also a bit jammed, so it was hard to open and close.

The cost of extras. It wasn't cheap. Beers, cocktails, laundry, food. It all added up very quickly. Felt abit overpriced

Calm and beautiful location, with lots of privacy, very good service, and comfortable. Very close to diving/snorkelling sites.

As it doesn’t have its own beach, getting into the sea (via a stairs) at high tide can be difficult and dangerous when the sea is rough. The price/quality of the restaurants can be improved.

all staff extremly friendly an attentive. We were very sad, when we left, it felt like leaving friends: GM Rashid extremly helpful, stayed/got up for our arrivall (4am!!) even organised tours for us (a 3 days Serengeti-safari), organised eg our diving-trip and car hiring etc: Was basically there for everything and made sure, everything worked out for us. The bar and also brakfast place next to the pool, just above the sea, with view to the sea ist fantastic. It is a perfect hotel to feel at home and relax and do nothing (or do day trips by boat or car or flky over to Serengeti) thank you kasha boutique hotel fpr our fantastic holidays!

there is accessible beach only by low tide - but the view to the blue sea is always there and wonderfull :-) ; and the pool is also there :-)

Everyone was welcoming and loving. The serve i was amazing. They resolve issues quickly. They even let us have our massages after they were closed, that was very generous of them. Their souvenir shop was nice. They had a little bit of everything. They have security guards all around which was awesome, we felt safe.

The food could be better honestly, I liked the pizza the cocktail drinks & the chicken samosa though. We had Calamari and fish they were very hard to eat. We had the room with the pool and I was surprised a beautiful room like that didn’t come with a robe.

The room, the staff and the overall comfort of the hotels was top class. We especially liked the view from the room and pool area and the staffs work to make us feel comfortable. Overall a nice experience

We stayed for 11 days at the hotel and the food was just not very good, especially dinner. it is very hard and expensive to go to other restaurants in the area, Taxi is expensive and walking on the non lighted dirt roads are not very comfortable. You would expect the hotel to make more of an effort to offer better food under these circumstances.

First of all, Rashid (the GM) was so involved in our stay, from prechecking with us about dietary regimens and allergies to best routes to get to Kasha. Once you get there, you realize the pictures don’t do it justice. Kasha is located in a hidden area, a hidden jewel, built like a private resort of 11 villas, overlooking the Indian Ocean. A safe haven for all who like relaxing and regenerating. Our villa with private pool was so beautiful, every single detail thought out to make you disconnect from the usual. The private pool is a nice touch if you want to stay in and yet have access to a refreshing bassin. But the main pool area is also amazing, infinity style overlooking the sea directly, I view I’ve never had or experienced from before. Kasha offers many services from lunch and dining to tours and a spa. Shout out to Hamida and Stanley from the caitering team who made our stay extra special with great food and drinks.
