Good variety of breakfast offerings - consistently. The lady in charge was great!, straightforward even when some items ran out. Considering the large groups of families with teenagers (softball teams), couldn't have asked for more. Had no difficulty finding handicap parking spaces/ones close to the entry, as we needed to come and go for HS graduation activities, family get-togethers, and some 'our time'.

- Room needed some maintenance in the bathroom, most was easy to deal with, shower never did work correctly, shower switch for top & hand-held never worked (and if I was a few inches shorter couldn't have reached). Trust the on/off handle's leaking has been fixed by now. - Shower curtain was supplied; towels/washcloths never replaced, though had asked for. + Over-all, nice room, & chain-pulls for both shades worked correctly.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be just a muffin and juice, but it was a delicious whole meal. I’m ,also, impressed with the helpful, friendly staff who made our stay perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this hotel. We definitely will stay here again.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

I stayed here for over a week as I prepared to move cross-country, and I was very anxious because I had my cat with me. The front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating pet stay, and would greet me whenever I come and go. Breakfast was basic, but good enough for me and really nice to have with the price point. I worked at the medical college, and the hotel is located less than 10min away by car. Mayfair was also easily accessible.

It took a bit of effort to get housekeeping, but I assume it was because a pet was involved. I wish there was slightly more parking, as it got really difficult to park over the weekend.

Front desk staff were super friendly and engaging, also very helpful with directions to a nearby shop (both women when we arrived and gentleman cleaning the lobby).

Room seemed clean, but the shower had several hairs from previous guest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Decor is minimalist in a good way - tidy and straightforward. Glad we had a keurig, refrigerator and microwave.

The breakfast was amazing, the pancake maker was impressive. One of the staff members was so helpful and teaching me how to use it. Check in was great and simple. The hospitality was very welcoming. I also had help finding the elevator by another staff member.

I’d say I wish the bathroom were a bit bigger and noticed some cleaning needed behind the toilet. The room was clean and well lit and loved the big tv.

A/C and internet worked well, comfy bed and hot shower.

Simply providing fresh real eggs would instantly put Holiday Inn above all other competition. I travel a lot via booking.com for work about 60% of the year staying at different hotels and everyone offers the same powdered eggs. I started booking at Bed&Breakfasts because of it. Guests would immediately choose you first simply from this option alone. Apart from that hotels basically offer the same things. Set yourself above the competition!

We went down for breakfast an hour before it ended and over half the stuff was gone including the milk and never got restocked

Hotel was nice there was a great breakfast.

The fire alarm was going off at 11:15 at night when everyone was in bed. It was going off because someone took a hot shower and the steam from that set it off. The lady at the desk was rude about it.

The location was great for what we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We requested rooms to be together, and they ended up being adjoining. Worked out great. Breakfast was hot and good each morning.

We had a couple of issues with key cards not working on a side door, but not a big deal at all.

Breakfast was good and kitchen staff very friendly. Location was excellent for our purpose of going to Indy car races at the Milwaukee Mile.
