Room was very nice, love the aesthetic. The staff there is super friendly and welcoming. We checked in at 4/13 5pm ish and the gentleman at the desk was super kind and the lady who checked us out the next morning was also very sweet.

Only complaint in regards to the room was the bathroom layout is a little cramped. The door barely clears the toilet making it awkward getting in to the bathroom and shower but just a minor inconvenience so not too hung up on it. Additionally tissue box only have 3 tissues in it so I had to use the toilet paper for the rest of the night for my allergies but nothing major again just a minor inconvenience.

while we all enjoyed our stay,when we returned home we discovered we had been overcharged twice to the tune of 166.57 euros from our account,we believe this could have been an error as my visa declined payment initally and my husband paid with Revoult.The Manager (Denzs)who was extremely helpful delaing with our booking at the reception said the third payment would cancel itself out,can I would appreciate if he could contact me mobile 353863827946,or email [email protected]... My family and I loved our stay! We had to visit the Lone Tree area for a ton of errands and appointments. The location and amenities were very convenient, the beds were very comfortable, our room was cozy, and the breakfast had a decent selection of options. We also loved that the dinnerware was not disposable, as the amount of waste at most hotel breakfasts is enormous. The breakfast crew even let me have some of the barista's oat milk for my coffee. We'd recommend staying here.

The bathroom door. Who designed that?? It can’t open all the way and you can’t close it without climbing over the toilet into the shower! Two words: pocket door! Or open out!

Staff were excellent great great hotel and location, very comfortable rooms we were a family group over for a wedding so we had several rooms and all very helpful and good, it was great to have a breakfast included and im coeliac i was catered for also,just waiting on our deposit to be returned as we stayed 10 nights thanks to everyone highly recommend all the best Sheila mc Sweeney

Location was great for our road trip up from the Black Canyon, close enough to the Denver airport that we didn't feel rushed in the morning for our return flights. The hotel breakfast looked good, but we opted to eat out at a local First Watch restaurant for our last vacation day. There are several good food options nearby. We had two rooms on the same floor down the hall from each other, identical in excellent quality, comfort, and cleanliness; only the view from the window differed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out.

Working printers are essential tools at guest services and the printers were not cooperating when I requested a printed receipt. The staff handled our check-out gracefully and cheerfully despite the overworked printers.

Check in gal was friendly and offered us bottled water to take up to our rooms. The room was very modern with a wonderfully comfy king bed. Plenty of outlets, mirrors, mirror with surround lighting, hooks for towels etc. Fridge, microwave, counter and sink was a great addition to the room. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs,potato’s,toppings for breakfast wraps like tortillas, cheese and red sauce. Plenty of beverages. Only goes until 9 on weekdays which was a tad early for us but it worked out.

I had stayed here a couple years ago and decided to come back as the breakfast was something I had remembered them making fresh omelets and waffles. The food was not the same and was very poor in comparison. Also I did not think this was a pet friendly facility which we had to listen to someone’s dog barking so won’t be back in the future charging $10 to park is ridiculous especially when your next door to an abandoned red lobster

The room was comfortable and very large and well designed. There was a couch/sitting area slightly separated from the sleeping area and you could watch TV from both sides. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. It's near stores and food.

The people above us were very noisy and it was hard to sleep until they settled down. I don't know if that was because of poor construction or if the people above were really jumping or dropping stuff on the floor. Not sure if it is the hotel's fault or the people's fault, but didn't sleep particularly well.

Staff very helpful & friendly. With exception of a young lady at the front desk was annoyed when we asked her for assistance. No name or day provided as she knows she was snotty. Your staff can figure out who she is as I'm sure we weren't the only guests she appeared to be annoyed at. Morning breakfast lady very sweet and works hard, she deserves more money or a bonus. Cleaning crew exceptional service. All other staff encountered greeted us & was very happy & pleasant.

No washer and dryer facilities. But we knew this when we booked reservation. The property is well cared for & great staff.
