The location was right off a main highway. Many eats and shopping all around. Receptionist was very polite and attentive. Pool was open and the water was great. I loved the cook at breakfast. He has a great personality. Always smiling and joking with everyone. He made my breakfast SO joyful. I REALLY enjoyed my morning. All and all a great staff!!!

The entrances and exit to the pool were confusing. There were no towels to dry off in the pool area. The restroom to the pool was closed. I had to slosh all the way to use the lobby one. I made a mess (water everywhere).

The front manager, I think her name was Jasmine, was extremely nice and professional. She helped us with the downgraded room and made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience. Hotel wasn’t all that but would definitely stay again because of her kindness.

Booked on booking.com. When we arrived we were informed that our room that we reserved was not available and was downgraded. This was an inconvenience because we needed the couches for the kids.

The breakfast was excellent. The man preparing it was very accommodating and friendly. Conversed with the customers nicely. I believe they all enjoyed his company while they were having breakfast. Holiday Inn should find more people like him to employ. He was outstanding. I can't remember his name. He was a tall black gentleman with very nice personality.

Everything was good.

Beautiful room. Great bed. Delicious breakfast. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The staff was kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.

The only problem we had was the TV was not operating properly. The Assistant Manager came to the room and fixed the problem in a few minutes.

Remodeling results good, bed was comfortable as well as pillows and sheets. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries.

Elevators and hallways smelled heavily to marijuana odors as well as in the stairwells and the fitness room. Staff was not very customer service friendly when it came to check out and getting my receipt for the stay, I was told to wait for management that had left the property but since I'm a truck driver and I needed to be on the road I was not giving my receipt and having to wait an hour or more for management to return was unexcusable.

Breakfast was ok. Every IHG Inn we stayed in had exactly the same thing. Try more fresh fruit or bacon instead of sausage. The scrambled eggs we ok but other places they were too watery. More toasters.

Better pillows. Mine were too flat, and the memory foam got too hot sometimes.

Clean facilities

The only complaint that I have is our room was on the 1st floor next to kitchen area. Therefore it was loud either way staff doing their jobs and smelling bacon at 4am. It was so noisy and I wouldn’t recommend being on the 1st floor next to kitchen/laundry facility.

Staff was amazing! Room was so comfortable with a lot of space. Breakfast was yummy too!!

The bath tub was kind of sus. I think it was a stain because I tried to scrub it as well and it didn’t come off. I still used the shower obviously.

Great location near shopping and restaurants

Bathroom and shower specifically had issues. In order to have a warm shower, we had to let the water run about 15 minutes. This happened every time either one of us showered. Very slow to heat up. And never enough hot water. Also the lighting over the vanity seemed dim. Not very bright.

The entire hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and professional, the breakfast was mostly freshly cooked (cinnamon rolls weren’t freshly made), many, many restaurants within walking distance and plenty of free well-lit parking.
