Hotel is clean, modern and beautiful. The rooms are large and have large modern bathrooms. The pool area is wonderful. The water is clean and there are waterfall features. In the evening there is a fire, fairy lights, barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. There is shaded parking in the back. We stayed there on two different occasions and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is good and he beds are new and comfortable. We didn't want to stay in San Antonio because it is so big and this was close and well situated off of the highway.

The room size was good and the facility was quiet.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the bedding made it difficult to regulate the sleeping temperature. Also, the breakfast choices were limited and the hot items were not very appetizing. The bathroom tub/shower was equipped with plenty of grab bars but I was surprised that the toilet wasn't taller for older guests or guests with bad knees or other physical impairments.

Everything!!! This was the best hotel we have stayed at on our cross country road trip! I would go back to Texas just for this hotel. Clean, great friendly staff and the pool area was superdope!!!! And there weee goats in the fenced off field behind the hotel that were so cute!

The location of this Hampton is excellent, right off of I10. We had an issue with the a/c in our first room but Ashley put us in another room, which happened to be an upgrade. This was greatly appreciated. Room was very clean as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was good but was the usual fare.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The facility was very well kept and our room was delightful. We most definitely would stay there again. Our stay was absolutely wonderful.

There was not anything that we did not like about the stay or the hotel itself. Everything was wonderful and we had an absolutely wonderful stay.

The desk staff is amazing. They are always pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I have now stayed there twice on visits to Boerne within the last six months and I don't think I would stay anywhere else. They are lovely.

The only thing I noticed in the room was the bathtub was a bit worn this time. However, it was clean and certainly functional so not really an issue at all. No complaints.

The pool area is great with running water over rocks, jets, all kinds of lounging chairs and very clean. In the evening there is an outside fireplace and barbecue area for guests. Very beautiful property! Spacious room and very relaxing atmosphere.

I didn’t like that I had to go a fair bit in the wrong direction to use the turn around to go back north. The bed was a little on the hard side.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and gracious and they allowed us to check out much later than the posted time.

There was a small problem with the elevator and the TV cable system was difficult to use and didn't meet my expectations.

Convenient location. We asked for a room not facing the freeway and it was very quiet

The pool was closed for renovation and we haven’t been informed beforehand. Since we were traveling with small kids, the pool was one of the main Cartier’s why we chose this location.
