Very kind and proactive staff. Max at the hotel reached out to me the day before i arrived and helped me make good transportation choices. He also checked in with me during and after my stay! the room was lovely and i actually liked the bed more than my own at home. The restaurant had live jazz and the food was delicious. Thank you Max and all the staff who make this a great place to stay

Staff member Max, reached out to me in writing just before my arrival. He welcomed any special requests and encouraged me to ask for what I needed. As a single older woman I appreciated not just this gesture but his ability to fulfill my special request. Much appreciated. Thankyou Max. The airport shuttle bus is great and not having to navigate taxis on arrival and departure provided a stress free journeys to the airport. Also very reliable and on time.

Probably the quickest check in I've ever had. The staff were super quick and overall very nice. The facilities are good too for an airport hotel (near the airport that is). The shuttle to and from the airport does the trick.

This is not so much about the hotel as it is about the other guests.... a VERY loud French family was next door and made it near impossible for anyone in their vicinity to actually sleep. Considering this is a hotel people tend to stay at when they have a very early flight the next day (like in our case), not being able to rest is a major issue. Maybe putting up signs to remind others to keep quiet after 23:00 would come in handy for future guests?!

Close to the airport, free shuttle which was easy to find and punctual, the hotel was spotless and there was a lovely brand of conditioner and body cream as well as the usual shower gel and shampoo.

Only reason for not giving a 10 was the room numbering on the walls once out of the lift had us wandering around lost!!

This was a last-minute booking and was the best decision to select this hotel. Extremely welcoming. Confortable, MAX went out of his way to assist me with any questions I had about nearest markets, shopping, banking, etc.. The infinity pool was basically your own as it was the quiet season, so it was very chilled and time to completely decompress from work mode. My room 415 was spacious with all modern cons, directly by the lift as requested if travelling with excess luggage. Well done to all the staff who made my stay Extremely pleasant and this was seriously value for money! I can recommend Siam M Hotel without any hesitation, especially with the airport shuttle as part of the package.

We had exceptional communication from Max at the hotel. He messaged us before our arrival to check we understood the transfer instructions and then kept in touch until we checked in. He also arranged for a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Located close to the airport the hotel was very nice and comfortable with nice decor. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Would definitely book again.

The food in the restaurant was disappointing. Having been eating Thai food for a few weeks we thought we’d order European, my husband ordered pizza which had more of a biscuit base than doughy and I ordered the rosemary infused chicken which was bland. Having said that we only had 2 dishes from a large menu so we could just have been unlucky.

super easy shuttle transfer, perfect when landing late since there is a 24/7 reception. Staff everywhere was exceptional nice, Max even reached out beforehand via whatsapp with all the important details! Huuge variety on the breakfast + it was all veryy good: love an Asian-style breakfast :) but Western was also served with a fresh egg & pancake/french toast station, different juices, fresh cut fruits, coffee.. Pool was a nice bonus, tho it was nothing spectacular. Gym I didn't use, but looked like good selection of machines, modern+clean. Room was big (got upgraded to airport view - not noisy at all) & everything you need. Bathtub was nice after a longer flight, tho it was a little long in the tooth (bathroom in general) & I found one or two hairs.. Huge, comfy bed, late checkout with 12pm also nice for sleeping in.. Best choice for the first stay after arrving in the middle of the night at BKK!

If I have to look for something: Bathroom a little old/dated, but overall still clean & nice to use!

Besides the fact that this hotel offers pure luxury, it’s the staff that truly makes it a fantastic experience – especially Max. Max was our point of contact, and right after booking we received a message from him with extra information. Throughout our entire stay, we could reach out to him with any questions or for assistance. I unfortunately got food poisoning, and Max gave us great advice and immediately checked in after our hospital visit. Even in the following days, he kept thinking of me. There was also a taxi driver who tried to scam us with the meter, and Max came to our aid and prevented a conflict. Thank you, Max. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The gym and pool are excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The live music during dinner made it feel even more luxurious. All in all, we had an amazing experience! - Giovanni

Great place for an airport layover, close to the airport and free shuttle available. Max took care of me very well, including upgrading me to a suite (with a runway view), which was fantastic as I was very busy working the whole time I was there, so I had me a bit more space and comfort for that (and I enjoyed watching the planes coming and going). The gym is excellent and pool perfect for lap swimming. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. Couldn't ask for more for a stay of this kind.

I seemed to have to keep logging into the wifi, but it was easy to do so, so a minor grumble.
