After a horrible experience at another hotel where I had my first booking, I booked last minute at Ibis and was so happy to find this hotel with parking and a friendly staff who even offered a charger for my car. I rate it two stars because I see it as a two-star hotel and have no expectations for five-star service. Very good customer service! A big hug for the girl at the reception, although I didn’t catch her name.

I was traveling with my father 😂 on a motorcycle. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Every night there was a Turkish lady at the reception. She was always laughing. We had many conversations and especially laughed and joked a lot, the three of us. This hotel's strongest point is hospitality. We really enjoyed this. Thanks for everything and the kindness!

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel despite our late arrival (2am). The room I stayed in at Ibis Budget Metz Technopole was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Despite being a budget hotel, the room did not compromise on comfort or amenities. The well-maintained facilities and comfortable bed allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The minimalist design of the room also added a modern touch, which I found quite appealing. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.

It was close to a commercial center, and the center was also in good distance from the center by car it took around 15 minutes. There were plenty parking places, and even easily accessable for handicaped persons.

It is a 1-star hotel, but at least a little fridge would be useful in the room.

Parking close to room and in sight for motorcycle security, close to super market and other shops so handy. Code rather than key for door👍. Early check in and late check out 👌

Breakfast could be better, little to choose and not worth 9eur. I would not book breakfast again given the location.

The guy on Reception was fantastic, very knowledgeable, spoke better English than me and showed me the best place to park my motorcycle in the car park ensuring that it was covered by CCTV. He also managed to persuade me to buy some bottles of a very good beer.

The recommended restaurants nearby were all unexpectedly closed.

Easy to reach from motorway and return to in the morning . Just basic breakfast but fine to fuel up for the day . Bed comfy enough and clean .

Just a couple of machines for coffee or snacks . Though shops very close

It was perfect as a 1-night stay as we used it as a midway point on our road trip. Free parking and 24 hour check in was exactly what we were looking for.

Communication could have been better.

Location is excellent, great for an overnight stay to break the journey. Staff very helpful, parking excellent and breakfast was also worth having. Shower worked well and all facilities were as desired. Not my first stay here and definitely not my last. And yes, before you ask I have recommended this to others as the best place to break the journey and the best hotel to stay in locally here (I have tried others before finding this one).

Room had a few stray hair around the sink and bed was hard. Thats just me though, if I had stayed longer I would have adjusted to the bed OK. Also, would have been good to have a fan available in the room just to get the air moving about. Small complaints though and the good out weighs the bad by a very long way.

Yes its a budget place but it does exactly what it says on the tin. Nice staff, breakfast wasn't bad and a great steak house round the cor
