We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel while traveling as a family with a toddler. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, offering plenty of room for our family. A real highlight was the on-site restaurant, where the staff went above and beyond to prepare suitable meals for our toddler. Their care and attention meant a lot to us—special thanks to the restaurant team for being so thoughtful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh fruit, made-to-order juice, a delicious variety of breads, and smoked salmon. A perfect boost for a family in transit. We also appreciated the good parking facilities, which made quick departures and arrivals much easier, and the friendly reception team added a genuinely welcoming touch. In all, a smooth and supportive experience—especially for families passing through and in need of space, comfort, and truly considerate service.

Strong A/C. Comfortable bed. The room is spacious. We stayed here a few times because it's close to my daughter's school. The front desk lady manager and Wyatt were very helpful. The dinner at restaurant was delicious. The dessert was the most delicious one during our two months stay in France.

I wish the breakfast can provide more vegetables and fresh fruits. There is no fridge in the room. I had to book in advance for having a meal at the restaurant. A shuttle to the near by places can be very helpful.

Really easy to find off the motorway, very nice big room, staff were very helpful. We had an evening meal which was excellent and it was great to be able to take the dog into the restaurant in the evening. Nice outside areas for easy dog walking, easy parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stopover here.

Bit of a question mark over whether you could take the dog in for breakfast so we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Would have been good to have had a designated dog area for breakfast but understand not everyone wants to be with dogs.

The restaurant. Staying here for second time I have upgraded my opinion. The restaurant wasn’t open last time - Sunday night. This time on a weekday it was. Excellent French themed much better than I expected. Staff really helpful and attentive. Excellent breakfast too. The grounds open onto a golf course. Generous parking on site. Only 5 minutes from the autoroute.

Business style hotel located on an office park. Not a problem as long as you expect this. Parking not enclosed. Hotel fabric a little tired in parts.

Excellent location for travelling between the alps and England - just of the Autoroute. The pool was a lovely bonus. The restaurant was superb (if not a touch expensive), and well worth using if you have the opportunity. The breakfast was also good - a self service buffet with lots of options. The standard rooms were generous in size with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The staff were also very friendly.

The toilet was separate to the bathroom which is unusual. - The breakfast had a good selection of food with eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats and croissants and assortments. - There were quite a few rapid chargers and slow chargers in the car park of the hotel which was good. - The in-house restaurant was great and had a good manu for dinner. - Night/evening staff and restaurant colleagues are excellent and very helpful. - Large green area to walk dogs or go for a walk.

- The TV remote was not working even after we changed batteries.

Very easy access from the highway. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazingly welcoming of small children. Very big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Quiet place. We arrived too late for dinner at the onsite restaurant and didn’t have time to use the pool, but having both available is great!

The rooms smelled a bit stuffy but windows can be opened to let in fresh air so it was fine.

The hotel is located outside the center of Metz, in an area with few dining and entertainment options. As it was just an overnight stop during a long trip, the location was excellent: close to the highway, with free parking in front of the hotel. The apartment is huge, beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. Pet friendly.

There was no minibar

It was a comfortable experience and a refreshing overnight stay. The hotel is close to the highway and as such very suitable to add a pause to a long car travel. The rooms were tidy and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bonus to have a charging opportunity for the EV. The break fast was really good. Decent value for money!

The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. This initiative started already so all should become OK in an acceptable near future.

The room is large. Lots of room to move in. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Water tea and coffee supplied so all good. Shower lovely and hot so I was happy. A nightingale regaled us through the night which was lovely. Poor thing surely had a sore throat come daylight.

Coffee milky stuff supplied which was not for me, but no milk for tea which disappointed my wife. My main moan which did spoil things was an electrically operated switch or pump that operated roughly every 15 minutes right through the night. Not good at all.
