Room 310. The sink needs fixed. You cannot turn on without it spraying everything. We were only there to sleep as it was half way between our 2 destinations. So I didn't say anything until I checked out. As big as the room is, I think it could have used another foot or two space on the vanity. AND lightning could have been better in the bathroom, couldn't see to put on makeup.

We were displaced from our home due to the tornado 🌪️ that we had here in Cypress, TX. I just want to say that Pearl @the front desk is such a caring & compassionate human being. I honestly felt her Genuine care & concern for my family & I doing this ordeal. We are already planning an overnight stay for next year to celebrate. We’re so Thankful to GOD for putting kind people like Pearl on our path to assist us during this ordeal. May GOD Bless your facility & All of your employees. Excellent value, very nice room for a very competitive price. The bed in our room was very comfortable, probably the best sleep we had in several weeks. Staff is very friendly, several times we were asked “ how are things? Is everything OK?,” everything was fine, but I certainly appreciate them asking.

Several of the handicap spaces have now been taken over by charging ports. There are only a few handicap parking spaces.

Breakfast was great, highway noise was acceptable, staff was terrific, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Room needs a little more lights and one more chair for 2 people to stay. Trying to eat at the desk while sitting on the night stand was not exactly comfortable.

The room was clean and well kept. They gave me the wrong room but I understand since some idiot was arguing about a dam deposit and made check in really difficult. But we still managed I just cared about staying in a hotel due to our power loss in Houston

Hope the lady at the receptionist desk is doing ok after how that guy treated her

A bit away from Katy, about 10min drive. Only three handicap parking spots

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable and spacious for myself, husband, and toddler. Breakfast was hot and fresh. AC was on point during summer stay. And Friendly staff.

Everything. I had the perfect place to park a semi truck with a trailer and it not get bothered. And a warehouse literally 20 yards away to safely turn around once my stay was over.

I didn't get to see more of the morning crew. They where a pleasant surprise to see.

How clean it was. The breakfast was great . Staff are amazing. Super professional. Super friendly. And the one that did the kitchen did it amazing

The breakfast bar is sooooo cute! It has a waffle station, eggs, sausage, hash brown, coffee. They have the pool water on. The breakfast area big windows over looking the nice pool. Nice granite looking table at the breakfast bar. Feels luxurious. ----- In the room, The tub they have is nice. The restroom is nice. ----- I love that they are pet friendly.
