This hotel is perfectly positioned for BKK and Lat Krabang which has exploded in popularity since BKK took over as the International Airport. 5 minutes to the airport, if you have to travel upcountry, then it is 5 minutes from highway 7, highway 9 takes you 20 minutes to central Bangkok or you can suffer the pain that is Soi 77 (Lat Krabang Road itself). Top floor bar serves a wide variety of Thai and international foods, beer and great views of the flightline. Rooms are large, fully equipped and you are 2-3 minutes from Paseo Mall and Robinsons on Lat Krabang for all your needs. Great for an overnight stay and flight. Will definitely use again.

There really wasn't much to dislike apart from the lift which looked and felt very unsafe.

The location of the Residence is very convenient in terms of reaching the airport, from the airport you need around 5-10 minutes top to reach the Residence. We booked the service of taxi for picking us up from airport and was very smooth, driver was on time and punctual. You can also book same service to get to the airport, again very good and on time. There is a metro station close to the Residence, around 15 minutes walk, but if you have much luggage, definitely recommend the shuttle service. The lady on reception is very nice and polite, very proactive for providing information and helping with any question. The room itself was great, the size is good with much space, big windows and well equiped. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy. Residence has also an elevator, which helps with transport of bags. We felt very comfortable staying here for one night to reach the airport in an easier way. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the service.

Close to the airport, helpful staff, good value for money

The taxi from the airport to the accommodation asked double the price, so I recommend to book a taxi through the accommodation.

The room was perfectly comfortable, but there was a little traffic noise. I slept with ear plugs and it was fine. The restaurant on the third floor had excellent and affordable food and was a nice place to hang around in the evening with comfortable seating. There was a dedicated area providing complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was able to order a Bolt taxi to the airport within five minutes on departure. The journey took about 10 minutes.

Very little. The lift was interesting and possibly the slowest I have ever experienced. But it served its purpose (providing users closed the door manually after they left). It would have to be of historical interest. It might have been the first lift ever!

Geckos everywhere, and the place itself is a bit creepy. However the room is big, clean and comfy so all and all is ok.

Convenient location for an early morning flight, fairly easy to reach by Airport Rail Link from Bangkok centre, then taxi from train station. Room clean and of a good size.

As noted in other reviews, the building has a tendency to shake (not sure if it's from aircraft above or nearby traffic), which can be unsettling. Note that the drive to the airport is much longer than it might appear on a map, because there is a significant detour in the opposite direction to reach the expressway.

Comfy bed sheets and pillows, good AC and my room had a fan too. TV Had Netflix and Prime so I could watch some tv shows. Bathroom had amenities such as cotton buds, toothbrush and mini toothpaste. Really good place to stay if you’re catching a flight next day. Also the rooftop restaurant was good value and a nice bite to eat after a long day of travelling. Staff were very helpful with my bags, thank you!

Elevator was a little scary, and my bathroom shower had no curtain so the water splashed across the floor. Mattress was very hard but the blankets and pillows were so soft, so I had a good night sleep anyways - so I can’t really complain! :) Thank you

This property is exactly what we were looking for, a clean and convenient place to rest after a long flight and conveniently close to the airport (about 15 minutes drive). They offer a 300 baht pickup and 200 baht drop off service from and to the airport. So my rating is based on what our needs were, nothing fancy but clean spot to rest between flights in Bangkok. Staff is friendly, polite and really efficient. Quick responses and convenient. I highly recommend if your needs are like mine.
