Just a few minutes walk from the beach. Interior of B&B is nicely decorated as was the room. I had a single room with shared facilities but the room had it's own sink which was nice. Lots of good breakfast options. I tried the French Toast one morning and the fully cooked breakfast the next, and both were great. Michael helpfully moved the breakfast forward 30 minutes on my 2nd morning as they were closing the road for the motorbike race at 9am so I needed to check out and leave or my car would have been trapped.

Location on main road was pretty noisy, but I think that was aggravated by the fact there was a motorbike race starting a couple of days later, so there were a lot of noisy bikes arriving in town ready for that. My only issue with the room is that the curtain at the window is actually not wide enough to fully draw across the whole window, although there is also a blind.

Breakfast was beautiful. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Great location. Beautiful room, clean and tidy. Location excellent. Short 10 minute walk to Portrush town centre. Homely cosy feel to the premises. My 2nd time here, this time with my partner as a birthday treat and the first time i had stayed being with my young Son and dog at that time - both great experiences. I will certainly be back again.

Pillows we're a little on the light side and could have been more comfortable. Overhead shower was great but the handheld shower didn't work in the premium room due to a crack in the metal connection tube.

I was welcomed at the door by the owner and given a quick tour and introduction. Everything looked great, and the facilities were exactly as described. The first impressions were great. I had an excellent night's sleep in a lovely room, very peaceful, despite being near a fairly busy road. Breakfast was, again, exactly as described. The owner asked me about my needs for breakfast when I arrived and provided for them in the morning. Around the back was a decent sized carparking area. Great value for money. Location is only a short, easy walk from one of Portrush's beaches. And about 1/2 a mile from the railway station.

That I could not stay a bit longer

The room is advertised as a small with en-suite but I’d say it’s pretty big there was a decent sized en-suite and the bed was a decent sized double with space to get round it comfortably With modern decor

Downside is the lock on the bedroom door is awkward to use and would benefit from being changed to a different system that is user friendly and gives a better piece of mind I locked it several times but appeared to open itself Need to double check it when you think it’s locked

A lovely, well decorated and super clean place. very friendly owner. I missed breakfast but I'm sure it would have been lovely.

I would have given a 10 rating for my stay.... but the one drawback was inconsiderate guests who allowed the doors to bang every time they went to the bathroom ... which was often into the early hours of the morning. Perhaps the owners can remind guests to close doors quietly rather than let them bang behind them. otherwise everything was great.

Check-in was very straightforward - Michael was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Ample parking available to rear of property Room was clean and bed comfortable Continental breakfast was included and there were a couple of choices for cooked breakfast. Eggs Benedict highly recommended

TV remote wasn’t working properly- had to switch on and off at wall. My phone didn't recognise the Wi-Fi password for some reason

This was the second time we stayed, first time we stayed in the small double which was very nice and cosy, decorated lovely and clean but just a little too cosy with our golden retriever. This time we chose the deluxe double which was absolutely perfect. Clean, decorated lovely, but bigger space which was great for our dog too. Great location, right beside a beach and a short walk into the centre. The breakfast is also lovely, both times we have just had the continental which is included in the price as we’ve found it more than enough. We are looking forward to our next stay already

Great guesthouse situated beside the beach. Tastefully decorated and spotless throughout. Bars and restaurants are within a 10 mins walk. Fewer places are offering the option to bring your pet so having this facility made this a gem of a find. The breakfast options are amazing and very reasonably priced. I will certainly be back.

Sits on a busy road which can get a little noisy in the evening.

Really nice hosts and a comfortable place to stay. It's pretty affordable as well and the hosts provided a nice breakfast as well (both free and paid options are Available and both were good). It was clean as well. The location is great too, away from the traffic and the noise and just a few mins walk to the beach. The Dhu Varren railway station is just a 3 min walk from here.

We loved the decor of the house and rooms, gorgeous colour schemes and a great spacious room! Brilliant facilities were available and the shower was very good too! Excellent cleanliness and warm also. A huge bonus being pet friendly!

Would prefer to have a more updated TV to maybe connect to or get extra services through smart devices however this is not a necessity!
