The breakfast was very good, the grits could have used a little salt. The location was excellent with the Sushi restaurant and bar within walking distance. A small bar inside the hotel would have been nice but not greatly missed. We played Golf at Magnolia Grove and had about a 6 mile easy quick drive to get to a 7am Tee time. The way the bed was placed in the room on an internal wall, instead of a wall shared with another room was a plus. I am not sure why all other hotels don't do this. The ladies working the front desk were exceptional and friendly. All and all we had a good stay. I don't really have a complaint.

A bar would have been nice.

The breakfast served was a great selection to choose from. Also, the location of the Hotel was not far from the different shopping centers and where the conference I attended at New Generations Church in the area. The bed was very comfy.

The lightning at the sink to brush your teeth wasn't that great to do my make-up. Natural lighting would be better.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in a while. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was updated and clean. Good location to downtown. The free breakfast was good. Nice pool and sitting area. I really can go on but yall get the drift......

The room was very space nd the location was perfect as to not being faur from where I was going

I reserved a King Room I quite a bit of money nd the room I was in DID NOT have a REFRIGERATOR NOR MICROWAVE. I was told on Friday March 31 2023 that if I had reserved a Queen room w/2 queen size bed I would've gotten a fridge nd microwave, I also was told that if I have reserve a KING STANDARD room I would've gotten a room w/a Fridge nd Microwave. I spent ENTIRELY too much money to not have a Fridge nd microwave. Besides that the room itself was very nice nd very very SPACIOUS

The check in was great it only took about 5 minutes or less. The clerk was very nice

There was no dislikes. when I got to the room my TV WASN'T WORKING I CALLED TO THE FRONT DESK AND SOMEONE CAME STRIGHT UP I LEFT TO PICK UP FOOD IT WAS WORKING WHEN I GOT BACK .

The location was super quiet and there was ample parking. We were moving our kid to college at USA so the proximity to campus was outstanding. It was very easy to get to places from the hotel. The breakfast was fine and included waffles (my favorite), assorted pastries, eggs, and other expected items.

We didn't like the seasoning on the potatoes. Our daughter burned her hand with the boiling water that came out of the faucets in the bathroom. We are all adults so we knew to check the temperature before getting in the shower, but if it had been a young kid, they could have been severely hurt. While we appreciate a soothing hot shower, this was too hot.

We evacuated from hurricane with a pet and I thought it was very nice that you didn’t charge the pet fee.

Bed was too firm, missing some things like paper towels, light fixture and area under AC was janky.

The staff was excellent. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were picked up at the airport by Robert (awesome guy), and were prepared to hangout by the pool until check-in. Thirty minutes after we arrived (11 am) the front desk staff was able to get us in a room! When we got ready for bed we realized a beloved stuffed animal was missing. We asked the front desk if one had been turned in, but no luck. About 30 minutes later when the van returned from a run, the evening driver knocked on our door with stuffed animal in hand!!!! The breakfast was tasty and hot. The hotel was nice and clean, but the people who work there made the stay exceptional.

The location was good, the grounds were beautiful and it was comfortable.

Everything seems very clean until I had to pull the dresser out to see if the refrigerator was plugged in and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned barging that thing in a very long time. The dust was super thick and there was food underneath.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast each morning was greatly appreciated! Most other hotels no longer offer a hot breakfast!

No problems encountered during our stay.
