The facilities are nice and comfortable and there is parking for cars. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice of food. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful with information about where and what to see. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the river is just across. It is located near the train station and close to tram stops too, so moving around is easy and by tram to the city centre is a 10 minutes ride where you have a wide choice of restaurants, eateries and wineries.

The neighbourhood looked a bit neglected but the hotel is nice.

No restaurant , only microwave food :( The location is a little run down but it looks like the renovations around the hotel started already so in the future you can expect some positive effects

Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of sweet and savoury items and plenty of fresh fruit. Tea and coffee machine excellent. Car parking secure and easy to access.

Location is a bit scruffy but work is ongoing to improve it. It's a short walk to the mainline station and tram stops and some good restaurants opposite, cheaper than city centre.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay at your hotel was! The location, which is conveniently close to Gare de Bordeaux and the city's metropolitan transportation, made it incredibly easy to explore the city. However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my warmest appreciation to the three young professionals who assisted us at the reception desk. Their welcoming and accommodating demeanor was truly remarkable and they made us feel right at home. Additionally, the room maid on the second floor always ensured our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Your team's dedication to hospitality and attentiveness to every detail truly made our stay an unforgettable experience. I felt that the room had very little natural lighting, which made it feel slightly gloomy and without much life.

Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very close to station. Perfect for a city break where all you need is a bed.

Room very small with very little storage. We stayed 3 nights before moving on to another place. We could not have unpacked everything as wardrobe space was limited and no drawer space. Fine for a short stay.

Compact and everything you need for a city break, the air con was a god send with temperatures hitting 40! The breakfast was amazing for what we paid! Ridiculously cheap and just what we needed.

The neighbours were quite loud a couple nights of our break but we still got a good nights sleep eventually.

We have stayed here three times now and although you pay extra for parking it is in a very secured site. The standard rooms are quite compact but have everything you need. The cafe in reception offers hot meals that can be taken back to your room. Ideal if you have your dogs with you. The double beds are very large and comfortable and reception will give you extra pillows as l find one not enough. The people on reception are always smiling and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux.

Extra pillow in the room rather than having to ask. We had a front room and was quite noisy in the mornings, ask for a room at the back if you are a light sleeper.

The Ibis hotel are always a safe choice, you get what you pay for. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they helped us out to get the little one comfy, providing a cot mattress and duvets

The hotel is slightly off the main road and further than others from the train station but still within walking distance. The neighbourhood is not the best and I would not recommend women to go out alone at night

Pleasant well appointed hotel. Modern decoration, good facilities. Nice bar, good breakfast . Staff were pleasant and very helpful Great location just 5 minute walk from the station and trams.

It was the nicest location aesthetically as it was near a busy road but this had no impact on our stay. It was a safe area not run down or shabby.

Air con an excellent feature in the French summer! Good spread available at breakfast, room plenty of space. Near to the main station, and to Tauzia tram stop for easy link back into the town. Bar, snacks, and pizza available to order at reception, useful if short on time.
