Wow, what a wonderful location! EVERYTHING is so close. The boardwalk is literally walkable, downtown is just a few minutes drive - I don't think we spent more than 10 minutes driving from one location to another. ALSO the staff were just so lovely and so friendly. Andrea was just so welcoming, (forgive me, I lack the ability to retain everyone's names) the bartender who made me an old-fashioned was great, the valet were so prompt and polite. We had such a great stay :)

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I couldn't remember anyone's name because I would have totally given them a shout-out! The staff was all wonderful!

I like the cleanliness of our room. The location was great, 5 min walk to the board walk. Access to the Bistro down stairs. Valet parking.

I thought the room was going to be bigger, since we got the Two Queen & sofa bed Suite. We were a family of 7and I believe that was the biggest room. I thought the breakfast was free everyday but I only got a $30 voucher for 1 day. I also thought there was going to be 2 tvs. And housekeeping was every other day. Just FYI (this didn't bother me but it may to other people) you need your key card to power your room. Without your key card then there is no power

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at your hotel for two days, and we found the experience highly satisfactory. Upon our arrival, Janis was the primary staff member assisting with check-in, and another employee promptly joined to provide support after arriving late. The check-in process was efficient, and we encountered no significant delays. We were impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the king-size room. The mattress provided exceptional comfort, and we enjoyed watching football on the flat-screen television. The shower design was particularly favorable, given the absence of a shower curtain, and the restroom offered ample space for our use. Additionally, the couch featured a built-in charging station, and the central piece of furniture was sufficiently large, allowing us to stretch out comfortably. We also appreciated the proximity of the ice machine to our room. However, we noticed that the valet service was slow, with a parking fee of $25 per night. I recommend the hotel consider offering self-parking options to enhance guest convenience, especially since we had to park my car twice due to the busy valet service. The on-site restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience, and the food was notably enjoyable. I ordered the flatbread pizza while my boyfriend selected a hamburger with fries. The menu would benefit from featuring additional options to cater to a broader range of preferences. In summary, we left the hotel with positive impressions and are likely to return in the future. Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast (we had a voucher to spend each morning, this didn't cover the total bill but if we'd of opted for a bagel and coffee each it would of). The kids loved the pool. Laundry was a bonus! Nice and quiet at night in our room. I was worried after seeing some of the reviews, but we had a wonderful stay. Yes, you pay for parking, but we factored that into our budget. Try Pizza of my heart and penny ice creamery!

We stayed 3 nights and didn't get new towels, but we could have asked reception if we needed extra. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable, but we ended up in the queen beds, 4 of us in two beds, plenty of room! I would have been unhappy if there were more of us and we had to use the sofa bed.

The pool was great. Proximity to everything. I have health problems so being so close to everything was great. Not having to drive everywhere was a big plus.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but the room was very nice. I didn't like the fact we had to have our car out of the garage by a certain time. After paying valet fees, then having to pay $35.00 at boardwalk got a bit pricy.

Andrea at the front desk was very helpful when we had a family situation and had to modify our reservation. I truly appreciate her willingness to help! The hotel is lovely, great location, and the staff are very helpful

Couldn't figure out how to open the curtains, but it wasn't a big deal as we weren't in there during the day.

It was a nice location about two blocks from the boardwalk. The staff was very polite and welcoming, as well as very accommodating. Thanks to the awesome valet service my car was always parked nearby and made exiting the property a breeze. The hotel itself had very good/relaxing vibes. Great for if you want to get away and unwind. They offered a spa service and had a 24/7 gym which would make this even easier for most. Sadly, we did not have time to try either of these out. Hopefully next time! Because I'd definitely go again. The room itself was very clean and looked very elegant; lots of white and greys as well as lots of mirrors and very unique furniture. There was also great security; I always felt that I was safe as well as my belongings. They make you use your room card/key to get into practically anywhere in the hotel. Most might see this as an annoyance, but I saw it as a good way to keep the riff raff out. I was overall really pleased with the service, room, and environment. If we're ever in the area we'll definitely be returning.

The one thing that really bothered me was the elevator noise. I'm not this biggest fan of elevators as is, nor is my partner (a lot of the time she would insist we walk up the stairs instead). We rode "the wrong side" as other guests and myself would describe it (the left elevator). Like I said, not a big fan of elevators, they freak me out. This elevator was no exception. When you rode it, up or down, it would make a loud screeching sound, like metal rubbing.

We loved how clean and quiet and peaceful the night was at courtyard Marriott. The fact you're had a restaurant was awesome, not having to leave properly for food is nice! Also your fitness area and pool!!

Surrounding neighborhood a little intimidating if you are not from around the area. Oh and maybe two pillows per person would be nice!

someone to help us up with our bags from the valet. even an extra $5 ($30) for someone to help with bags or offer to help up to the lobby at least would have been great.

the property was clean and rooms are very spacious, for winter it would have been nice to have an indoor heated pool, but they do have an outdoor heated pool, I think parking for guest in garage should only be $10 per day not $25.00. But walking to boardwalk is amazing.
