The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was amazing, just a 2 min bike ride to the boardwalk!

There was not enough parking for every room so we had to park on the street one night. Not a huge deal, but the meters run 8am to 8pm, so you have to make sure to get up and move or pay the meter.

Pillows were (for me) uncomfortable. I suggest having 1 be very soft and not so firm. No hotel is the world has a decent coffee setup in the room so don't let this one beat you up. We went elsewhere because we couldn't figure out how to turn the coffee pot on. I forgot my airpods in the room and couldn't get an answer on the phone so we had to drive back. Once there, we discovered the office was locked until 3. We found housekeeping but she didn't speak any english! We found any housekeeper and he had them in his pocket. Luckily I know enough spanish to get the point so he gave them to me!

Loved this hotel. Ideally located for me between the downtown area and beach. Great burrito/coffee Cafe just over the other side of the road. The pool was nice and refreshing. Very comfortable bed. Nice having a microwave and fridge, etc. I arrived by bus, which was a good walk but doable. There did seem to be local buses going past, so I guess I could have got on one of them.

The only issue was there weren't any sun loungers around the pool. It was garden furniture, so I had to put a few chairs together to be able to lie out and sunbathe. (Beach was way too windy and sea too cold for me!)

I had difficulty getting information about this place ahead of time, and it's only staffed a few hours a day, I think. Phone calls are answered with generic texts. BUT it was perfect for us. Three large beds (two kings and a queen, though they said it would be three queens, and earlier they said it would be three fulls, so there were communication problems, but in the end it was better than I expected.) One bed is in a separate room with a door, which is fabulous, except it doesn't have its own air conditioning, so it was pretty warm. The bathroom is nice since the toilet and shower are together behind a door, but the sink is outside, so very convenient for four of us. (Grandparents and two teenage grandchildren) Fantastic location, right near wharf and Boardwalk. There were enough towels, soap, shampoo for the four of us. Price in August: a bit over $200.00.

Someone outside was smoking at about 7:30 am but there was no one at front desk to help us. I only met someone for about three minutes when I checked in, and they were very nice. And as I said, air conditioning in the bedroom would have been nice, but if the separate bedroom HAD air conditioning, the price would have to be quite a bit higher.

The property was attractive and well-kept. The room was comfortable, the bed was lovely, though the decor of solid white was bland and felt unnecessarily institutional.

I like that there was a pool, but it is surrounded by parking lot and housekeeping, so there is zero atmosphere. I realize you are dealing with a very small space, but that area could definitely be dressed up to feel more isolated and welcoming.

Parking to room is close! Hotel is centrally located.

i returned to the hotel past 11pm, and there was no more parking on the lot, had to park on the street.

Excellent proximity to Boardwalk & Pier, beds were fairly comfortable, reasonably clean, kids enjoyed the pool. Pool was aged, could use a painting/ resurfacing, but water was clean and heated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Water pressure was great in room

Distinct shortage of outlets in our room!. There was 1 accessible outlet between the beds, which was in the base of a lamp. The outlet itself had a broken edge but still worked. Also, towels were tiny and rough

Location, price, appearance, good size room, king size bed, good heater.

No chair in room, plug in bathroom not work for electric tooth brush or hair dryer, car park too small so had to park in street and pay meter at 8.00am next day, when arrived late in evening on one night which can understand because it was a Friday. Almost full on Saturday as well but got there a bit earlier. Office not staffed at 9.00am and could never contact directly to hotel by phone or email.

Great proximity to the Santa Cruz Warriors stadium. We walked there and it was easy. Convenient to have a parking lot in that location, which is surrounded by metered parking spots. The king-sized bed was VERY comfortable! (and I cannot say this about many hotels I've stayed in) Downtown was a short 2-minute drive away. It has a good sized refrigerator in the room which kept our food at the perfect temperature. We also had fun at the nearby bowling alley with karaoke. There is a wine tasting room just around the corner. Beautiful trees on the property and surrounding, if you like nature like I do. While the room was not fancy, it was a very good value for my needs and provided excellent quality of sleep.

There was a long wait to check in because there are a lot of people checking in at the same time probably because the parking was limited so everyone made sure to arrive for 3 o’clock
