The cleaning staff and the grounds crew are amazing. Sometimes the front desk people are a little closed off depends on who you have to talk to. Looks like they’re doing a bunch of remodeling. The outside was painted since I was there last year. Definitely a great deal for everything that you’re getting, but they did take away the breakfast

We stayed in a downstairs room that was on the backside of the pool house and we heard the pump all night long and also was a storage area with yellow caution tape where it looks like there may be developing an outside area but really it was a scary looking spot

They put us on the 3rd floor and my 3 yr old was having a hard time adjusting no, my child was not running around. I had the office call me twice and say the bottom people were complaining about the noise at 1 AM. I had the someone from the office knock on my door and say please quiet my child up. It was a horrible experience or else I would have to leave with my family. Having a special needs child is very hard to control specially, when they are out of their comfort zone, they had no consideration for us at all, and my child was not running around or making noise. I’m not sure what was going on, but we were falsely accused.

The location was great; within 10mins walk to the Broadwalk and beach. The hotel upgraded our room with a patio on the ground floor as I was traveling with dogs and wanted easy potty break access. We got to briefly use the jacuzzi, but the jets weren’t that strong and the chlorine seems a little on the stronger side. But it was fine for a quick dip to relax at the end of day. Facilities in the room are pretty standard: ironing board, tv, kettle, fridge, microwave, hairdryer and hangers.

The rooms were done up very nicely. The decor was very tasteful and welcoming. It made me feel safe and that the hotel was clean. Also the hotel staff made arrangements so that my friends and I who had different reservations could be next to each other on the same floor. That made a huge difference and made the stay exceptional.

It was difficult to figure out how to get into the parking lot. Google maps took me to an old entrance and it look me a while to figure out where the parking lot entrance was.

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. One of the jacuzzis worked nicely and the pool was a good size. The location to the boardwalk was within walking distance.

The room keys did not work to open up the pool gate. Only one of the jacuzzis worked properly. And one of the toasters was broken, so the wait to toast the bagels was long. On the second night in one of the double bed rooms, a roach was crawling on the bed. We appreciated the offer of changing rooms, however, we decided not to since we only had one night left.

Large room with big beds. Clean and comfortable.

Quirk smell coming from the elevator. Very basic breakfast.

Free inside parking. The location was near the Boardwalk! The Pool was clean. The Room was made daily!! Beautiful Balcony View!! Lovely Patio!! Friendly Staff.

That they didn't offer free breakfast compared to other Hotels. They provided us with enough toilet paper just 1 roll a day!! The remote control needed batteries and they weren't changed even though I told the receptionist.

We were able to check-in early which was wonderful. We were traveling with our five month old baby. This staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean.

Was it really anything we didn't like. Maybe in the future, they can add continental breakfast.

Updated room with nice furniture and nice bathroom. Warm pool. Multiple hot tubs. Nice courtyard. Free breakfast.

Grounds were a little run down. Could use a new coat of paint. Tiles in the pool area were loose or detached. A number of courtyard lights were out. Also, complimentary breakfast was a little lacking in choices. The biggest problem was staff did not enforce quiet hours or pool hours, and people in the pool area after hours prevented us from sleeping.

Very spacious rooms, clean, and comfortable! The pool was very nice and I enjoyed the hot tub a lot!!! It‘s close to the boardwalk which is super nice. Totally worth the money, would come back :)

Floor in room was really dirty and would leave our feet black after a few minutes of walking around the room. Breakfast was very limited but ok. Our toilet broke for no reason while we slept and we had to use the pool toilet in the morning but they took immediate action to fix the problem!
