Greatly exceeded expectations. Based on the Google reviews, I wouldn't have given this place a 2nd thought along with the look of the location. But once in our room, I was thoroughly surprised. Decent space, clean bathroom and general space, and a nice shower with strong water pressure. Other than the outed and partly broken room room. Friendly staff and was allowed to have an early check-in upon arrival. Letting us use the restroom after a long drive heading there. A literal case of don't judge a book by it's cover, once inside a whole different story. We wouldn't mind staying here again.

The motel clearly needs some work. A few of the railings are either actively or are have been rusted away, with a loose concrete stair or 2, plus the lack of an elevator. Even though there are 2 floors above the ground, the constant going up and down to run and get something gets tiring.

The staff is great, the room was clean, check in is easy. I have stayed here a lot of times, they really do everything to accommodate the guests. If anyone gets the chance to stay there, there are things that really do out from other motels, this last stay the towels were full sized. The guests seem to really enjoy being there. They have done a lot of upgrades over the years. Its not a fancy place, but its a clean welcoming place that is comfortable and very safe.

Nothing the place is great.

I booked for 2 nights and stayed for four. I really like this place. This is a great place. They do everything they can to accommodate everyone. It's a place where they treat all guest well. Not all places are like that. Every time I stay, they impress me with how well they treat people, not just guest but people around the area. It's a family run place they put so much work into the motel.

It's a good clean place to stay at a good price it's n lot fancy. At all. But if you need a CV place to crash or you want some time with your sig other but don't best all the folks it's a great place. The people who checked me in were great. The make was very nice and accomodating the female was a little more suspicious and overworked a little wanting to know why i needed a room there when i line in watsonville ??? Like i need sc reason but im sure they have that share of issues with guests there and i didn't mind the questions

There is nothing but to like add long as you sit and r expect anything more t darn what to get are selling you a basic. Clean adorable room. You not getting break at your not getting a memory foam mattress no m you not even getting furnishings that match. Its just a room. .

Staff was very friendly. I biked last minute and they were kind enough to call and let me know that their office is not 24 hours to make sure I would make it on time to check in

It is on a Main Street so you can hear loud cars and their loud music (obviously not the fault of the establishment)

The people there were so friendly and amazing. They were able to help me with many different requests right down to helping make my daughters birthday complete. They were totally accommodating--over and above! Highly recommend!!

You get what you pay for. It's not the fanciest or most lavish of places. It's an ok area, people are friendly, rooms are comfortable and the host accommodates at all hours. I've stayed here multiple times with a family of 8. There's a 7/11 across the street, Little Caesars, taco trucks and boardwalk is a 10min. Walk/2min. Drive. The price isn't bad when you're trying to accommodate a big family.

THE LOCATION IS REALLY GOOD, AS IT IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH BOARDWALK AND DOWNTOWN, WHICH IS JUST FEW MINUTES WALK. AND IT IS UPDATED, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.

THERE'S NOTHING, EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND VALUE FOR MONEY.

Close to everything. Friendly staff. Clean.

Our room faced the main street. Very loud busy street. Difficult to get to sleep. Very loud cars with mufflers, horns, etc.

The guy who runs the desk during the week was very accommodating.

The floors were dirty and the beds looked like they were not recently changed.
