I didn't have breakfast, just coffee; the coffee and selections were excellent. This was kind of upsetting to me, as some of your customers were in the construction industry, which I understand because I, too, am in the construction industry and use hotels for temporary housing as we travel around. But they left at one in the morning with their backup signals going off, which woke up everybody on our side of the hotel. If you leave that early, there must be some courtesy shown to the other guest. That would be my only complaint. I know that's a tough one to control..

The Vending machines were empty. I didn't notice until I had deposited my 1.50, and the machine would not return my money, but your morning desk clerk gave me a refund and a couple of complimentary waters. Great customer service. Thank you

... mold in shower, but not just mold, but a wrapped soap covered in mold, then removing it from the shelf, mold under it. Top shelf in shower had 'goopy mold', perhaps because housekeeper was short and didn't see it. I tried to check in 50 min early, I was told it was a $30 fee for doing that, even though there was just 2 cars in the parking lot. Capitola Best Western, the next night, I was welcomed at my early request check in, and that's a popular beach town... I'd stayed at Scott's Valley BW before, and it was ok, but I'll probably won't ever again...

The breakfast was actually one of the more extensive ones I've seen in terms of options, I was pleasantly surprised! Among many other things, there was a touchscreen coffee machine, almond milk available, and frozen burritos breakfast with a microwave to use if desired. Our room was very clean, and the front desk staff who checked us in at 1am was quite pleasant and informative.

The only complaint I have was that we did not have a dish for the bar soap in the room, so we placed it on the side of the sink by the faucet. The provided shampoos could have been a little nicer, but overall it was great.

The location was convent. The breakfast was fine. I coffee was not so good. Also no butter or natural sugar to choose from. Otherwise it was good.

The stay was fine. The only problem was that the light from the parking lot was very bright. There were no curtains to draw closed so the light shone through all night. I had a difficult time sleeping.

location was perfect for getting back on Hwy 17 after the stay; beds and pillows comfortable; good value

The breakfast was not very good. The coffee machine was not making the types of coffee it showed in the photos on the machine and the coffee was just not good at all. The juice machine was dispensing water instead of juice. The omelette and sausage was steamed and tasted like they had been steamed. The rest of the stay was nice, but the breakfast was not even worth trying.

The location was very nice right off Hwy 17. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The breakfast had great waffles you make on your own and a good coffee maker.

The room had a very strong cleaning treatment supply. Not great but disinfectant like, it was quite strong and annoying. The lights over the vanity in bathroom area flickered.

Comfy beds. Nice rooms. Clean. Free breakfast and Parking unlike the Hilton in Scotts Valley Wich has more Luxury and no Bar.Top Best Western in county. My top choice when prices are lower off season. But one of the ONLY decent motels in Santa cruz County.

Close to Highway.

the breakfast was amazing and they also have a hot tub and a swimming pool very conveniently located really close to Santa Cruz and other cool places like the mystery spot Scotts valley is a beautiful town

not much to not like me and my fiance truly enjoy Scotts valley every time we go there

The staff was very nice and ready to help. The facilities were in good condition and comfortable. The breakfast is good. There is always parking available. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

It was not possible to open the window so I could not get fresh air in the room without using the AC machine. The AC machine in my room was very noisy.

The room was super clean and quiet. Great location too. Breakfast was great. I don't eat a lot for breakfast but I had apples, yogurt and tea. They had other choices for people that like bigger breakfast, like eggs, waffles, breads etc. Staff was super friendly too and the price was super reasonable.

It was cold in Scotts Valley. I turned on the heated but before the heated kicked in, I felt a super cold air. I don't know if it's just that the air outside was cold. But the heater was working. I would definitely stay there again.
