Everyone was nice as can be. There there was one server at the Food Court , that went above and beyond to make our pizza 🍕 exactly the way we asked. Her name was one I wasn't going to remember, so she said just call her Mimi. Everyone there was so nice. But stood out the most. The servers a Dunkin Donuts 🍩 were amazing as well. The figured out how to make me the most awesome iced-coffee with Carmel, it was just amazing. If I had to rate my week stay I would say that I would give it a 💯 for everything. I liked how they had a jacuzzi and pool area for the hotel guest. I also liked the variety of slots games that they had.

I didn't like the staff at the Baskin Robbins they were slow and rude.. Also there needs to be more cocktail waitresses on the floor because it took a long time to get drinks. And when I didn't want to wait for the waitress I would go up to the bar to order drinks and they would charge me for it... Even though I was a hotel guest for the weekend and spent alot of money on the gaming floor. Maybe having some sort of wristband system would be better for the guest that are actually staying at the Fitz to separate us from the riff raft..

The property was clean and has been remodeled since I stayed here last.

I did not like the way BOOKING.com/PRICELINE HANDLED MY RSV. I paid online with Priceline/booking.com. When I got to the hotel they said we see the tab but you still have to PAY.. YES PAY AGAIN. Even tho I showed them emails and bank app that showed the money had already been removed from my account. And of course it was Christmas even and when I called customer service they said it would take 48 hours before someone contact me GUESS WHAT I WENT AHEAD AND PAID AGAIN CAUSE it’s cold and I needed a place to sleep. No one has contacted me YET I uploaded my receipt and bank screen shot. It has now been EXACTLY 7 days. Hotel was fine. BUT NEVER BOOKING THRU PRICELINE/BOOKING.com again.

The rooms were comfortable and a great value. They were also clean. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, with the exception of the hotel front desk lady manager, Dorothy.

The front desk person was impolite. It wasn't a busy night, a Monday, and she seemed upset that I booked the room through Booking.com. She "couldn't find my reservation" at first and wouldn't let me give her the confirmation #. She finally huffed a bunch and found it using my driver's license and info. I work in customer service, and it's not hard to be kind to others.

Location was good. Breakfast was good especially coffee at Dunkin Donuts. Buffett was also good. Didn't really like the view from the room.

The view out my window from my room. Didn't like the fact we didn't have a coffee maker and refrigerator. Would have like to have had rooms cleaned daily.

We enjoyed the hot tub also the buffet. Great customer service.

We didn't kno that the rooms didn't come with microwave and refrigerator that didn't complimentary us at all because the food an beverage we brought was useless so our food an cold cuts went bad we had to trash it that was a waste of money.

I love the food restaurant down on the floor. I love how clean and nice the room was. We was able to view our car from the room. I also like how the bathroom was clean with fresh towels. I was plenty of peace.

I didn't like the fact the room we stayed in didn't have a fridge or microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. I really didn't find anything too much wrong.

After getting a room that had a toilet that was not attached to the floor, (The engineers were going to come up and caulk it.) the manager immediately changed our rooms and gave us a very nice one. After that, all was great. The staff was very friendly.

It was very quit and comfortable in the room I was in. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend the casino to others as well.

It was a great meet and greet place pleasure and business food was delicious and drinks were very chilled. High security rooms were great and clean.

Parking for hotel is a long walk and need more security outside in parking lots
