Security was always out, which made feel safe. I didn't have to worry about my car in parking lot. Or worry about walking to the horseshoe beside it.

Yes, the hall ways to rooms are dark like and same with room with 4 lamps on dark. The pillow had smell like Frebeze spray on them very strong. Had to put a tee shirt over pillow to sleep. And people would shut doors very loud in hallway all night long. We didn't know smoking thur out buildings. . We have been quit for 2 yrs. I was ok with it . But husband said no return trip from him.

We traveled from Michigan to celebrate July 4th with family that reside in Tunica. I loved the fact I was able to do my usual workout while away from home and loved the workout room. The staff was very courteous and checked in to see if we needed additional towels. I liked the new additions of the air filter/purifier, air freshner, and water softener added to the shower. Last year, these things were not available. This is our " go to Resort Hotel " when visiting family. Loved it as usual.

Everything being open all night inside hotel.And it amazes me how even though I could visibly see people smoking in the casino ,I Could NOT smell it at all in the ehotel lobby .and BARELY SMELT IT inside the casino.. the ventilation system is AMAZING! An FYI. If you are diabetic or have problems with certain foods ,you might want to bring snacks and drinks .because the only thing around are the restaurants in the hotel and a place called " sweet tea" to get drinks ...which range from $6 to $20 even for water. Hope this helps someone

The ambience of the hotel, price & food!

Some of the staff were personable, friendly, and helpful. Some of the staff seemed disinterested and that they'd rather be anywhere but there. I don't like being required to use a bell hop if I want to take my own luggage to & from the room. The hotel's entrance isn't designed to bring in your items to the room. There was so much trash on the streets to get to the hotel that was a bit sad to see.

Would have been nice to have a microwave, a fan option in bathroom post using toilet, and had in bag in closet for dirty personal clothing. Nice to have clear communication about Gold members going in front of me in the Starbucks slash food service place near front desk. Also, not all had friendly faces or looked approachable. My friend made the comment to me that if a person doesn’t like their job, he/she should go elsewhere rather than spoiling other people’s mood. Had a blast otherwise in the casino and slept very comfortably.

Casino and restaurants inside the hotel. Didn't have to leave out to go eat.

There was no microwave in the room, and I couldn't reheat the food I purchased at the restaurants. The small dorm refrigerator was too low on the floor. It needs to be up on a stand. It was difficult to bend down and put my drinks and food in there. If I was younger, it might not be a problem, but I'm older, and it was.

We stayed at this property before about 2 years ago..we enjoyed our stay then and on this trip also

No real issues.. bathroom was not clean on arrival but issue corrected right away..I didn't notice until getting ready to checkout but mattress pad had what looked like someone had running bowel dried on it.. this pad should have been taken off bed

My boyfriend and I came for a concert.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but a little run down (carpet, loose tiles in the bathroom). Overall the whole casino was clean and well staffed. Just an extra bonus...the elevator is very fast

The only downsides of the stay was the pool (indoor) was closed which I was told is going to be permanent and our dinner at the MGM bar and grill was a total disaster. The server took our order and never returned... after forty-five minutes of waiting we asked the manager where our order was. She came back and honestly told us that our order had been sitting in the window and dried out . She put in a new order and comped the meal.We appreciate her honesty in the whole matter.

We had a blast🤑 and the beds were SOOO comfortable😴! We have went to several casino/hotels around Tunica,MS and Goldstrike is so far no matched by anyone🥳!! Can't wait to come again next month 😁

The buffet was pricey for Togo orders. We ate there and then came back the next day for buffet Togo and wasn't expecting the same price for one serving. It was still delicious😋

I had a problem checking into the hotel. I'm 75 YOA and have a hearing problem. The desk clerk Joy had a mask on and I could not understand what she was telling me to do and had to ask her several times what she was saying. She seemed a little frustrated when I had to keep telling her "I can' understand what you are saying". Besides that great time!
