Beautiful views over the ocean and the mountains. Nice comfortable apartments with the big terraces and sea views. Beautiful pools. It was overall very peaceful and no noise from any neighbors

Swimming pool was too cold for our kids which was the main disappointment during our trip. Customer service was very friendly and helpful but a bit too slow as it worked only during certain days of the week. It was a bit difficult to navigate the property with the baby stroller as there were many steps and limited elevators. It would have been nice to have more facilities on the property like a restaurant

The hotel is in a very good location. We had a very nice apartment overlooking the ocean and the volcano. The bed was huge, the bathroom was also ok. Nice living room and, of course, a terrace with a large sofa where you could sit in the evening and admire the beautiful sunset🌅 I must also praise and thank Mrs. Aleksande for the last day of my stay. We had a late flight home and Mrs. Aleksandr allowed us to stay in the room until 3 p.m. It was very nice of her. again thank you very much 🌷🌻🌹

What surprised me was that there was no room service during the entire stay. We took out the garbage ourselves to the container behind the hotel. I washed the towels myself (in the morning before going to the beach) in the washing machine for €5.toilet paper in the bathroom, only 2 rolls for the entire stay (I won't ask for it at the reception, I bought it myself at the supermarket), there was no iron, but it was included in the offer. In my opinion, this greatly lowers the standard of a nice hotel..

The place is very nice, with easy access to the highway, there are a few cafes close by but also restaurants up in the town. It was not hot there even during the day in August (~20-25C). Not many people were using the pools so we had it almost just for ourselves. You need to drive to a beach, but it's alright. The staff is extremely helpful. Kitchenette has everything too. I also loved breakfasts for 5UER/person - it was really huge for the price.

There was an issue in our room with the aircon when we arrived and first night was a bit rough because it was hot. But Yadira (the host) quickly organized it too be fixed and from second day it was all alright. Another not very convenient part was that the pools were open only since 11 (until 19), would be better to have it open earlier in the morning (before UV is too high).

Wonderful aparthotel with spa center and swimming pools, very well situated, with breathtaking views. The apartment has really everything you could need for a relaxed holiday. Extreme nice, enormous and bequem bed. The communication with the owner was very good. We became even spa tickets as courtesy. Santa Ursula is only 10 minutes from Puerto del la Cruz and 30 minutes from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. We had wonderful time in La Quinta Park Suites and I can it only thank and recommend.

The property was good. Nice view from balcony. Location is okay. But still need a car if you like go out. Evening time was a problem to find a car park space. The bathroom have a problem. There's not any ventilation and always been smelling there sewerage. Also need change a pillows. They been hard like stone. Not possible to sleep on them.

Quiet environment, comfortable bed, free parking on the street is also available. They accommodated us with a later check out.

Nothing for children, the outdoor pools were cold, children were not allowed in the indoor pool and there was an additional charge of €12 and €6 for the gym. There is no playground outside or in the surrounding area.

Awesome location, magnificent view from the pool area. Has all the facilities you need and there is a small supermarket just outside, which is very convenient. We stayed for 5 weeks and we loved it. Will definitely come back again!

The room is very big, there is a kitchenette and a terrace. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. My daughters and I had a lovely stay collecting unforgettable memories.

No wifi in the room but that was a plus so that we were not tempted to be on the devices too much. However there is good wifi in the communal area if you really need it.

We had an amazing time here. We were very well received and assisted during our stay. Everyone is kind and thoughtful. All that is included and not included is well explained on the profile of the property. In case of doubts just contact the host, they are very helpful and do their best to provide you a great time.
