A very clean and tidy small hotel with a perfect location right in the centre of the strip. 3 minutes walk to the ferry so need for the exorbitant taxi fare. Downstairs is a mini supermarket perfect for picking up water, beer, snacks etc. Great view from the roof top with a couple of hammocks. Our room was very clean and quiet so we would go back again.

The best location for remote work on the island. Beds were comfortable and AC was good. The wifi was good enough for me to take Zoom calls, there was a nice desk in my room, and I was able to set up a little office under the pavilion on the roof. The location was absolutely perfect. It was central but not noisy at night- half a block from Enjoy Lounge, my favorite bar on the island, and a block from Stingray Beach, which is the best place to see stingrays and watch the sunset. The best breakfast spot on the island is right there as well. The view from the roof is unreal, and everyone at the hotel was very nice. Really ideal experience. If I come back I will definitely be staying here!

My room was not serviced during the stay. I think it would have been if I had asked though. There are lots of stairs to get to the rooms, and no elevator, which was not a problem for me but may be a problem for people with accessibility issues. One issue, which is sort of a personal thing, is that I am allergic to their polyester sheets so I had to use my own sheets. Would be a 10/10 if they had cotton sheets.

We knew we had booked a budget friendly hotel so we weren’t expecting much - we chose it for its location which was wonderful , and ended up loving the shower !!! (Better than my shower at home ) and the bed was extremely comfy !!

Bathroom had a strong sewage smell - we covered the drain with a garbage can and kept the door closed and that helped but it’s good to note - there’s also a shared kitchen area upstairs which was awesome but we ended up not usuing it as there was a lot of pigeon poop surrounding the area and it felt like not a great place to cook food - we also didn’t mind the stairs but it’s good to note we had a solid set up stairs to get up to floor 4 !

It is in the perfect location. For a small island, the hotel still feels “centrally” located. It’s a quick walk from the ferry terminals, split, restaurants and stingray beach. They also have a stunning rooftop with views of both the sunrise and sunset. There is also a large kitchen with a microwave that is available for all guests to you. The showers had no problem getting hot, and always had good pressure. The air conditioning is super strong and there is a mini fridge in the room. They also service the room everyday if that is what you prefer. The hotel is run by a lovely family and I can’t recommend it more. We stayed here for four nights very comfortably.

The room doesn’t have the best sound proofing. Our room was under the kitchen and next to the staircase, so it was noisy at times. Not the hotels fault, but there was a group of very loud guests partying until midnight on the roof one night.

Location in Caye Caulker is great. Short walk from the ferry and in a good location for restaurants in the evening and near to the Split. Had a windowless room which worked fine and there was a window in the bathroom. Air con was really good and shower had great pressure and heat. Staff in the shop below were friendly and useful having a supermarket below. Highly recommend using Caveman Tours nearby for any snorkelling trips for anyone who does stay here. Safe in the room and fridge.

Price was quite high but one of the better valued properties on Caye Caulker and so felt like the inflationary cost for accommodation for staying on the island. No pool at the property but plenty of places to swim in the sea nearby.

We stayed at a couple places in Caye Caulker, and this was hands down my favorite!! The bed/pillows in the room were so comfy, the rooftop had amazing views/was incredibly serene, and the wifi was stable/consistent throughout the property. The cleaning ladies were also super nice, and the location is right in the middle of where you want to be. I wish I could have extended my stay and I would definitely pick the Caye Caulker Beach Hotel if I ever return.

I don't know why the rooftop was usually empty because it was honestly my favorite place to hang out, but if you are a solo traveler it might be hard to meet people here. Traveling w/ a group or as a couple would be perfect though.

The clean room was very small, BUT I had the very best shower (nearly as big as the room 🙂), since I've started in Merida, a comfortable and large bed and a very good air condition. What do you need more? The employees are very friendly. The hotel has a huge roof terrace, with many tables to sit, two hammocks and a great view to the sea direction barrier reef. Also there is a kitchen for the guests. Not really well fitted, but useful, for making a coffee or fry some eggs. At the ground floor there is a small supermarket.

Excellent location close to seafront and ferry. Beautiful 360° view from rooftop. Room was small but had everything I needed. Good WiFi & Netflix too. Lovely and clean. Had a great stay.

No escalator to high floors with heavy luggage but woman in shop reception was very kind in offering to help me. I lifted suitcase up to 4th floor myself in the end though. Some people may struggle with this.

the room was clean and comfortable. the air worked great and there was a small refrigerator and a tv. the location was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

for me there were a lot of stairs. I am almost 70 and just to the room there were over 30 stairs. I also could not understand how to use the safe. I had my grandson and his girlfriend there also and they could not figure it out, but the staff was very helpful in this.
