Everything. We stayed here three nights last week and another three nights this week, there is nothing to dislike about this place. This will be our first option in future visits to this area of Yorkshire. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic, newly refurbished with ensuites that are magazine quality, far better than I could ever afford in my own home. The hotel is situated about half a mile south of Easingwold in a wooded area and the bird song on an evening and morning is fabulous. Wi fi is great and everything in both rooms that we stayed in is new and high quality. The staff are great, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The restaurant is superb and we ate in on our last evening. Both our meals were great and would be difficult to beat at any price. I am desperately disappointed that we didn't eat here last week. I have to question the motivation of the 'guests?' that have left negative reviews, non of their negative comments coincide with our experience.
Absolutely nothing.

I planned to go to the evening meeting at Ripon on Jun 4th and then the afternoon meeting at Thirsk on the 6th. To save travelling back home after the racing on Wednesday I looked for accomodation for 2 nights. £60.00 per night was perfect. I had been told the food at Jaipur was exceptional and my meal Thursday night lived up to that expectation. Absolutely superb. Room clean and tidy. No breakfast but I brought my own. Plenty of places in Easingwold if breakfast required. Would have no hesitation in staying here again if the need arose.
Gardens could do with a bit of TLC and the rear of the property could also do with a bit of tidying up.

We were touring the area on motorbikes and the staff provided us with a secure area for the bikes overnight. The staff were all lovely; very attentive, courteous and just really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, we were provided with a fan because we arrived in a heatwave. The hotel has a restaurant below the rooms, and the food was absolutely amazing; we both enjoy Indian food and this was just the best we've ever had. Massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable.
Nothing.

Lovely welcome from the staff at the restaurant. Told where the room was, and upon entering, we found the room very basic, a little tired, but on the whole, clean and comfortable.
it was all just a bit tired. would benefit from a lick of paint and some new windows, currently single glazed. It was a warm day, so didn't really matter, but if cold, I could imagine it would make the room cold. Directly outside could do with a good tidy up too, as you look out onto the car park at the back of the restaurant, and it was a tad smelly with the window open.

For the price we weren't too sure what to expect but it was great! The host was super lovely and let us know where our room was. (10 rooms in total all up a flight of stairs). Two comfy double beds and a very comfy single bed. Big bathroom with a bath/shower. Super clean everywhere. Really easy check out process and there's no key (key code) so you just walk out the back door. Flexible check out times and check in times. Little hairdryer to use and a TV. Wifi was poor but for one night it was fine.
We weren't sure where to check in as there was only an entrance for the restaurant. But I walked up to the bar/front desk and found out that was the check in place and everything was smooth from there. Wifi wasn't great but for us that was fine.

The room was spacious, bright and airy. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and shower. we were amazed at how quiet it was. The Indian restaurant food was amazing and the staff were excellent too. The owner was very welcoming.
The only little quibble was a bed was a little low for hubby being so tall! But that's only if we had to pick sons our stay was excellent.

After reading other reviews we were very worried what we were going to get when we arrived, but from the moment we turned up the staff were waiting and very helpful, carrying bags and showing us to our rooms. Once in the room was so surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. Very happy and satisfied with our stay and would definitely use again. The value for money was exceptional 🙂🙂
Only negative from my side was only 1 large bath towel and the tea bags and milk weren't very nice but that's my preference.

Location was great for where we went and having use of a car. Accommodation was clean. Previous reviews I read had not been great but found this accommodation, clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet location. We didnt eat in the restaurant but would have been pleasant surroudings to have eaten and had a drink. Plenty of teas and coffees in room.
Staircase carpet up to the rooms look a little grubby which does paint an unfair picture.

Great location, within easy driving of York to drop daughter at Uni. Very remote and quiet with plenty of parking. TV and wifi were really good, clean modern bathroom and comfy beds. Great value for money and have already booked to stay when we collect Daughter at Christmas.
If I'm being picky, there was only a very small bin in the bathroom, not in the main room so struggled to fit rubbish in.

The best stay for this money. Rooms are clean and cozy, you can find everything you need, very good.
The host never replied to my messages (we arrived late and wanted to be sure that we'll be welcomed and be able to get inside). It was quite stressful - because we haven't got confirmation about the possibility of late check-in, but in the end everything was fine, and we liked the room.
