Friendly staff, Reception staff is highly professional. I must mention the House keeping staff specially Bhumika and Syam , they are really great with welcoming smile and going extra mile to make a room (I have attached a picture)

Everything, location is very accessible and central given the traffic in Dubai (arrival and departure routes are easy). Our apartment was spacious, two bedrooms and three bathrooms, view is exceptional at 60th floor. The staff are very friendly and nice, Osman at the concierge is very polite and friendly.

The rooms are fully equipped, the only thing that we missed was a laundry rack (since there is a washing machine I think a rack is a must even if a small one, or upon request) The breakfast is ok, guests with longer stays may find it too boring.. the only downside is the jam, it’s very artificial.

The staff was amazing. Kuddos to Alex ( the bell man ), Alex was fantastic, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. Damas Maison Aykon is lucky to have someone like him. Also kuddos to the housekeepers Waiba and Aasha, they did a great job cleaning our apartment . Everyday we had a beautiful decoration in both of our rooms. Thank you for that! We will definitely stay again at Damac Maison Aykon anytime we visit Dubai.

It will be great if there was a shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel and vice-versa.

I apreciated the property system, the staff are professional, friendly, the facilities staff are very good, the studio was clean and spacious, i hope to see the same system when Come back again to the hotel. Position close to the canal

Price are little highier according to the same properties in the same area, we need to have a car or taxi for transportation, prices for a long stay are highier also comparing to other hotel in the same area

Meals, service of the staff, big pool for kids and play area.

The room was not prepared for 4 of us at the time of we entered. But finally they provided all. When we book a room from booking.com, if they provide a room for 4 numbers, then bed should be ok and enough for 4 people. if not they may suggest any other alternative during the booking time it self.

Very clean in your hotel close to the restaurant and other facilities quiet place swimming pool is good, the stuff is very helpful. I’ve gotten issues with the noisy rooms reserve it took less than 10 minutes to solve it and give quiet one thanks for Mr. Abdulaziz as well as the housekeeping

The hotel is amazing and service is luxury.many thanks to ahmed and safwat for their hospitality for sure will come back soon. The apartment has a nice view and location. Pool is amazing we neer to the city

Location, clean, comfortable, sound proof, breakfast

Parking: each time you want to park your car you have to wait at the entrance to show the guard your room key. Breakfast: as my children are all below 12 I did not count them as adults because it is clearly mentioned in the regulations that children 12 and above will be counted as adults, depite that explanation they did not allowbttem for breakfast, disappointing.

The staff was really good and cooperative specially bell boy Ahmed and the guy on the reception Saud 👍
