I have stayed many times in this hotel and it always meets my expectations. The location is superb and it is a good relation cost-benefit.

I have reserved a non smoking room and, as I arrived late at night, there was no non-smoking room available. Even being strongly allergic, I had to stay one night in a smoking room. The next day I said that the only way for them to compensate my discomfort was to upgrade me to a better room or to give me free breakfast, but I got nothing to compensate the terrible first night.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. My family and I recently had an outstanding stay at Somewhere Hotel Apartment in Deira from the 15th to the 30th of December 2023. As a family of four, including my wife, an eleven-year-old son, and an infant under one year old, we were delighted with our experience. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel receptionist, Ms. Norisel. Norisel's warmth and professionalism made our check-in seamless and set a positive tone for our entire stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel truly welcomed. Additionally, we want to extend our appreciation to Mr. Randy, the concierge, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Whether it was offering valuable local recommendations or helping us with our luggage, Randy's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed. The spacious and well-appointed family-friendly accommodations provided us with the comfort and convenience we needed, especially when traveling with an infant. The location of the hotel is really good. Just below the building you’ll have access for the dubai metro redline and CityCentre Deira mall. And just by walking in the surrounding area youll find different restaurants and supermarkets for your needs. The staffs are kind and easy to approach they bumped our accommodation into a much bigger and better room.

The one thing i dont recommend is take their breakfast package as it will be the same everyday and you dont have many choices regarding the foods.

This is my second time staying here. I like it so much that I won’t bother looking anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are good with great facilities such as a washing machine, microwave and hob. The gym, sauna and swimming pool are small but they have never been busy during my stays. The metro is next to the hotel and a large mall with everything you need is just across the road. It’s very close to the airport so you can get there quickly when you arrive in Dubai.

I would have liked the water to be a little hotter as I like to have a very hot bath.

The facilities such as the fridge, microwave oven and washing machine including iron were in excellent condition. The cleaning staff did a good job in cleaning or tidying up my room anytime. Finally ,the front desk lady,Ms.Norisel was exceptionally good at providing services and assistances tat my beck and call.

The kitchen utensils and cutleries are not adequate and the available ones do not come with cover.

The location of the apartments is great as it is opposite to the Deira city center. The staff is very helpful especially Umer, Priyanka, Jivah qne Megha. They all are good asset for the company as they deal with customers with good attitude and promotes good relationship between guest and Hotel. Thanks for the upgrade Priyanka - we really enjoyed it.

The housekeeping staff is good - although when you face an issue then there could be misscommunication between different teams which can create bit of chaos. Apart from that - all is good :)

I have been handicapped due to an accident of my right knee. The staff was super friendly to help me with my daily matters, carrying bags etc. The location is excellent, as you are only 70 meters away between the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of metro station, then you can use the subway to walk to the other exit and enter Deira City Center mall. The room has a pretty well equipped kitchenette and you can do your own breakfast. And there are plenty of dining places in the hotel or around, in Deira city Center, that can match different tastes. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more gym equipment, as it needs a huge upgrade and add many more channels to the satellite list.

Staff is very professional and courteous. Special mention to Mrs. Megha at the reception desk, Mr. Joseph at sales, the concierge guys, and the lady who kept my apt. spotless with fresh towels and water flowing. Great location, with a metro station at your doorstep, a major shopping mall across the street, everything you need close by.

The rooms were spacious and complete with a fridge and kitchen. The receptionist l, Norisel, was a lovely lady who kindly upgraded our room as the original room was not available anymore. She was accomodating and helpful especially in giving us tips in touring the nearby place. The proximity to the metro station was the best part of this place

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we got in which was weird because we were in a nonsmoking floor. The smell was stronger on the couches.
