+ The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. + The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. + Both breakfast and dinner were nicely prepared and of reasonable quality. + The facilities at the hotel, including the swimming pool and spa, were nice and clean. + The bar on the roof and its view of the Persian Gulf were great.

- While there was a nice variety of dishes daily, the cuisine selection could be improved by including more dishes from the UAE and the Middle East. - The spa facility was somewhat outdated and not well-maintained. - The decoration of the hotel lobby and rooms could use some improvement. - There was some construction work in the neighbourhood during our stay, which was noticeable but not too disruptive. - The hotel is located on the palm, requiring a 20-minute commute to the city. However, this isn't an issue if you hire a car. - The free Wi-Fi in the room was functional but a bit slow.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and the private beach was pristine and peaceful. The food was outstanding, with a great variety and excellent quality in every meal. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and luxury. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Dubai!

We had an all inclusive package which included breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks. Food was exceptional -- a big thanks to the chefs. Staff where really friendly and helpful - always cheerful and willing to help. The pool side and beachfront was exceptional -- always kept clean and just gave that real holiday and relaxed feel. The room was comfortable enough considering we mainly only came to sleep. Good size bathroom with walkin shower and our room had beach side view which was just wonderful. I would definitely go back again.

Everything was just great but if i had to give a recommendation for improvement i would say the all inclusive drinks menu needs to be expanded just a little bit -- the drinks on the menu are very basic considering the price paid to make guests just that little bit special - at the moment it just very basic but still something you can enjoy.

The staff are lovely and so helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent, such variety across the 3 meal settings. Our room was lovely and we had a small balcony looking across the water, palm and Dubai city. The beach is very clean and the pool area is just as nice. The place is immaculate and so nice to see no litter anywhere 😊. The sun was out every day but one, when there was a day of rain. Flooding everywhere - quite amazing to see as lots of underpasses were impassable. Went to the Atlantis aquarium again and arrived as they were feed the main section. Amazing to watch.

The All Inclusive option, which we went for is limited to a selection of wines/drinks in the restaurant and for all bar and pool snacks/drinks it was very limited. The wines were not great so we purchased non All Inclusive wine which was 65 dirhams per glass (roughly £14.50) 🙈. The famous smoothies that a lot of previous visitors have commented on are not included plus many of the cocktails. When I asked at reception for a copy of what was included in the All Inclusive package/deal, I was shown the A4 laminated card for each day so I could take a photo on my phone of it…. The Sunbeds could do with an upgrade as have no padding and after a while get uncomfortable. Have to say Dubai has become very expensive over the years.

The staff were lovely. We had a romantic dinner by the beach, and the food was fantastic. The gym has a view of Palm Jumeira. Has an SPA (for women) Lovely food options for all-inclusive or alternative options from the grill menu, the food was also fantastic. Nice swimming pool and lovely selection of cocktails from all inclusive menus. Fast reacting lifeguard was a great help when I got stung by a jellyfish.

2 downsides were that it is quite far from all attraction sites, and there are ongoing constructions around the hotel. Skyline rooms face the construction site, which we didn't know at the time of a booking, but we paid for an upgrade to Palm Suite after the 1st night, and it was fantastic. Limited option of beers and no cider option from all inclusive menu.

Staffs are especially on arrival and departure at the parking lot are very helpful. Love the valet parking.

Not much facilities about the leisure activities. For instance, to do Jet ski… we have to ask the tourist agent. All prices are very expensive. I wish the hotel has jet and other attractions for the people to stay with a reasonable prices. Last stay in other hotel, they have jet ski inside the hotel premises with reasonable prices. Next, plan go to water- ocean activity after sunset due to hot weather. But rules are not allowing. Not to go deep but atleast we could have enjoy the water.

Location

I am having small kid travelling with me and c central staff didn’t allow to shift her breakfast in room while my kid was sleeping. Breakfast was included in my package.

Good hotel all inclusive and definite value for money . Rivals are a lot more expensive than this place for the location so well worth it. Hotel pool not too overcrowded even during Eid and was a mix of relaxation and entertainment. Lots of things for the kids to do. Plenty of food and drink for the all inclusive. Room was clean and nice views.

The Grill restaurant service is very inconsistent with orders left on the bar to pick up myself, constantly looking for service or going to the bartenders yourself. However if everyone follows the standard of Phone when he was serving, it is easily fixed. Finally, the hotel charges 250 for a cabana for people already staying in the hotel. That money gets beach club access and F&B credit in a lot of beach clubs in Dubai.

The hotel is very good and the construction next to it is not disturbing at all. We got upgraded to the sea view, the balcony was right to the building side, and we had no problem at all. We recommend to take all inclusive package, there are no shops or restaurants around. The food is amazing here, the drinks are great, and there are snacks at the pool bar! As a vegetarian, i never had a problem finding meal options. Even for breakfast, i could eat fresh salad or greens. Complementary water in the room every day. Complementary shuttle bus to malls.

Suggestions: Would be good to write the main allergen next to the dish name .. contains milk, fish, wheat, nuts, etc. Think about mixing up the playlist next to the pool. It's the same music all the time, all day, all week.

Best food at an all inclusive hotel I've ever had. Everything is quite clean and the bed is very comfortable. I had read the comments on the constructions next to the hotel but honestly it did not bother me. The staff is also extremely nice.

People reserving sunbeds in the morning by putting towels and leaving. Hotel should really put some rules on this behaviour. At some point we had no place to lie down so adding some sunbeds would be reccomended. Hotel view is not as nice as shown in the photos but still good. Very happy client for the price paid.
